Easy process. Payment comes from Costco which I didn’t know to look for their email. The payment doesn’t come from them, it from whoever credit your using.
Otherwise, good deal.

The process went as described. Company provided shipping box and I dropped it off to UPS.

I had a great experience with Phobio’s trade-in process. Returning my laptop was really easy and straightforward, and I received my Costco gift card payment within about a week. Overall, the process was smooth and convenient!

Super happy with Costco’s offer through Phobio to buy back my retired iPhone. I completed the questions online, wiped my phone to clear all data, brought the phone (without any packaging!!) to the drop off indicated, and tracked the phone’s shipment until it reached Phobio. One there, it took a couple of days, and then I got the rma that I would be receiving a Costco Cash card for the exact amount that was quoted. It arrived through email within 24 hours. So very satisfied and will definitely use this option again if it still exists. Thank you Costco and Phobio!

It was amazing quick extremely happy with the way I was able to get what I need taken care of.

Trading in my Apple Pro Laptop was convenient, easy, and fast. I got a great price, and once the laptop arrived at their facility, they inspected it, honored the price, and emailed me my Costco cash card.

I highly recommend using their service instead of trying to sell it yourself.

I originally posted a negative review because I did not get my card. As it turned out, Phobio worked on getting me a solution quickly and I now regret my negative review. If I could undo my review, I would. The process for selling the old phone was easy and the payment came as promised.

The whole process was very easy to do! Loved that the box/label was sent to me so I could send in. It was also a huge plus that the estimate provided for my device, actually came in at that estimate, so super pleased with that.
