received price quoted, that was nice. what is NOT nice is i went to a retailer to use the visa and it said the card type is not supported! WHAT GOOD IS IT THEN?

Got a MUCH better price offered to me by Phobio than by Verizon. Website was a bit confusing but I just had to be careful and take my time using it. After mailing my phones in, the expected amount I received surprised me. It was higher than originally estimated! Thank you Phobio!

Great customer service to sort out 2x iPads that were submitted for $35 credit each. Wonderful way to reuse parts and get credit for it!

Great customer service.
At fist it was horrible. My computer was damaged during shipping small chip in the corner. I was then told it was then worth $0. I explained it was in perfect shape prior to having it shipped and to ask them to file a claim with ups.
Mr Newsome from phobio and made it right. He gave me the initial quoted value and help up their end of the deal.
I would now suggest using this company.
