This felt like a bait and switch
This felt like a bait and switch. My Lenova laptop was intially valued at $15, the dashboard said $145 and I got $0.
My MacBook was valued at $115 and I got $15.
Customer service didn't directly answer my questions and I received the final reply from them after the cutoff date,
I would give zero stars if it were an option.

Not real clear about this
Not real clear about this. Not sure where the money goes? And joined Cosco to do this. Said phone was $531.. then I got $106. I think the phone was worth more. Should have traded at Amazon. And do not know still where I get the money.
