Couldn't Be Easier!
The on-line evaluation and mail-in process were quick and easy, taking less than 5 minutes to complete. The turn around time was extremely short and the digital gift card was sent within days of receipt of my old iPad. This experience was so seamless that I plan to use them for all my old electronic gear.

Felt misled…a new lap top that I sent…
Felt misled…a new lap top that I sent was rejected because the techs could not power it up. I tested it before sending and after its return an it started right up. There was no room for a re-test. Immediate rejection. Something is broken with their process.
