I appreciated how they kept me updated during each step of the process and provided a timeline for how long each step would take. I received the full value that I was provisionally given for the MacBook. Very pleased with the service. Not a single complaint.

The process was easy. I was a little nervous about taking my iPad unpackaged to the UPS store, but it made it unharmed, and I was paid as promised. I’d do it again.

I received the exact amount for my laptoop that I was initially told it was worth. Everything happened in a timely manner. I am pleased with Phobio.

The process was simple and the trade-in were processed efficiently. Some of my phones were older and not listed in the drop down. I appreciate that they were recycled or returned after being valued at $0.

I am writing to convey my significant dissatisfaction with the service I recently received from your company. This was my first experience utilizing your offerings, and regrettably, it has led me to the firm decision that I will not be engaging your services again in the future.
My primary concern revolves around the perceived valuation of my device. I am strongly of the opinion that I would have secured a substantially greater financial return for my phone through independent sales channels, such as a private online marketplace. Given your organization's evident resources and capabilities for device repair, refurbishment, or even component reclamation, the compensation provided felt considerably disproportionate and has left me with a profoundly unfavorable impression of your overall service model.

This is a scam thievery company.

I sent 2 working laptop with chargers. Which was absolutely turning on and working. They said this device doesn't turn on and qualify as 0 usd. They asked me to recycle for 0 usd. Which has i5 processor, 512gb ssd and 16gb memory. Charger is just 50 usd. Imagine the value at least 100 usd for these parts And they tried to rip that.

I asked for return. They sent the laptops without the chargers and when i asked for charger they said their policy doesn't accept any accessories. Now I cant turn these on.

This is a corporate scam and thievary.

I didn’t get anything for my trade in I never got an email for my gift card

I have not received my rebate! You received my iPad, said I had a $75 rebate coming but still nothing. How do I get my money?
