Excellent customer service. Miles was very sympathetic I'd lost my one and only car key and I was extremely stressed after being quoted £505 for a replacement by other companies. I paid a lot less with this company and they managed to get a great auto locksmith out to get a new key made the same eve who was kind enough to post it through my door due to it being late at night. Excellent Service
I had a stressful situation after returning from a family visit to Poland—I left my car keys at my brother’s house, and my house keys were inside the car. I realised this while waiting to board my flight.
I contacted Phoenix Car Keys, and they were extremely helpful. They arranged to meet me at the airport car park, swiftly unlocked my car so I could retrieve my house keys, and went above and beyond by offering my family and me a lift home. This saved us both time and money on taxis, especially since the journey was over two hours. Harrison, who handled everything, was very professional and made the process smooth and stress-free. Poor communication
First thing, the local agent dealing with our urgent car key replacement was very good but he was hampered by the very poor standard of information provided to him by phoenix car keys. Firstly phoenix did not check with the local agent to see if he had the correct key in stock. This meant he had to order the key, delaying the replacement. Also phoenix provided the agent with incorrect information telling him we had a spare key and were able to use the car. This was completely incorrect. We have been without the car for 5 days because of this. Phoenix needs to work on it's communication.

Warm person on the end of the telephone - I spoke with Miles and he was very friendly and polite and got onto sorting the issue immediately. Received a message on Whatsapp to make payment for deposit all very easy. I then had the pleasure of meeting Albert and his colleague and they were in the car in no time at all. £90 deposit and then had ti pay £70 for the locksmith to do the job which I was very happy about because other places were charging £250 which is just absurd.

PAID OVER £400 TO RECEIVE A SHAMBOLIC SERVICE
Paid over £400 to have my Landrover discovery rekeyed. Over 24hrs later no contact or time or date to organise getting the key replaced. Had to call again in order to try getting a time or date. I spoke to a very RUDE employee who said that they were not going to be at my beck and call just because I paid them money only WISH they had said that BEFORE taking my money. Date was set for Saturday the February 1, only for the key cutter to claim they are not coming until the following Tuesday February 4. I Reported rude employee to the director of the company who promised to personally return my call the following day. She DID NOT she had the RUDE employee return the call instead who was STILL DISMISSIVE so I didn’t waste my time speaking with them any further. NOW I CAN SEE WHY i received such a shabby service. It always starts from the top.
I WOULD AVOID THEM and go somewhere else where they are polite and respectful and donot tell lies and are more professional. Save yourself the hassle and stress.

Our goal is always to provide solutions for motorists dealing with lost, stolen, or broken keys, and we’re pleased that we were able to supply you with a replacement key for your Land Rover Discovery.
We have reviewed our call recordings and can find no instances of our staff being rude. That said, we do recognise that communication styles don’t always align perfectly, and sometimes conversations can feel more like a battle of personalities than a friendly chat. Nevertheless, we aim to be professional and accommodating—whether our customers are everyday drivers or mingling with royalty. 👑😉

Very very happy customer, phoenix got me booked in very fast indeed, from point of contact to the car key guys departure was amazing, the key cutting chap was very friendly, happy, and highly knowledge able in his work, and very fast in his works, full attention to detail. If anyone loses a key I highly recommend phoenix for a key replacement service.
Was also very well priced, I didn't look about just took the first company from Google, irrelevant the price was amazing,quality of work amazing, first contact with customer services amazing. Very professional team overall.

Fraud
Fraud, Don’t waste your time. I paid £168 (their fee)to get my keys fixed for my jaguar xkr. I was told on the phone if they can’t do the job they will refund the money. They sand the lock smith to come and fix my keys. The guy had no idea what he was doing and i had to pay he £90 his own fee and he also told me, they will refund my £168 deposit. I call them as soon as he left and I told them I would like my refund and they refused and the lady she was very rude. Telling to message on WhatsApp. Disgusting service

Faulty ignition barrel
Brought a car recently which was meant to be all good, however I got home and the key wouldn't turn in the ignition, I could access vehicle just no electrics or crank, I contacted phoenix for a quote ( very very good price compared to some) the staff were very helpful getting to the problem and if they was able to help, today 21/1/25 two lovely gentlemen arrived promptly on said time and there work was very professional providing the info on what they do/did, very respectful and helpful staff. 10 stars all day. Amazing friendly service from start to finish. I’d call around 10 companies before phoning Phoenix Car Keys, but no one could help. I was worried my son would be stranded after losing his car keys, especially as it was a Sunday.
When Kelly said she could help, it was a huge relief. She kept in contact throughout, even after the engineer had arrived.
