WARNING !!!! I URGE everyone who have given money to these scammers to check their spare key. Be aware of this company. They provided me with 2 keys, Key-1 had a chip to start and unlock the car Key-2 had NO chip inside. AA recovery opened the key which I witnessed it, but when this was relayed to the locksmiths this fraudulent company accused AA recovery of losing it even though I witnessed it was never present in the key. ALBERT claimed the AA lost it and it would be impossible to find outside my families house. Avoid this company!!!! Stay clear!!!!!!!! They're the cheapest on the market for a reason. DON’T be fooled by this team. When you raise an issue with Albert he talks like he’s from a Mafia where as the operator speaks as if he works for King Charles! Avoid this team of scammers !!!!

We take customer feedback seriously, but we must refute this claim.
You originally purchased two fully working keys, both of which were demonstrated and tested in your presence. Since then, you lost one of those keys, and at some point, you opened your spare key, where the transponder chip was either lost during that process or had been removed previously.
Our technician clearly demonstrated both keys working at the time of service, and we have no control over what happens to them afterward. Your claim that we supplied a non-functional key is false, and we strongly stand by the quality of our work.
We always aim to provide excellent service, as reflected in our many positive reviews. We urge potential customers to verify our reputation on Google and Trustpilot before making any judgments based on misinformation.

2️⃣ Receive two keys in different style cases.
You chose the first option, and both keys were delivered and tested. Since then, you have demanded a third key free of charge, threatening negative reviews if we did not comply.
We are pleased we were able to provide you with a working key, but we cannot provide additional services that have not been paid for.

Phoned on a Sunday afternoon after…
Phoned on a Sunday afternoon after contacting many other companies and was answered straight away, Guy on phone was helpful and said they sort out next day at mid day. Paid half deposit and told Albert would contact myself with approx time,to which he did,then messaged when on his way,
Albert and his partner then got on with the job straight away with out any fuss and was back on the road within just over a hour with new barrel and a spare coded key.

Wow.. what an amazing company!
We were due to go camping, all packed and ready to go when I put my key in the ignition and it wouldn't turn.
The fella on the other end of the phone was extremely polite. Very helpful and was very reassuring that we would still be able to go camping and not have to cancel our arrangements.
For a small fee he put us at the top of the list but the priority and said that he would have someone with us in an hour and a half... That is exactly what happened, and the fella that came to do the actual fix was also extremely polite and very talented indeed... The steering lock was on which would normally be a problem, but not for him... He managed to pick the lock with ease so it would turn once and the steering lock would be released Which made his job a lot easier.. meaning nothing had to be snapped or damaged in the process.
Within 40 minutes, he had a new barrel replaced and a new key cut for my van and we were off camping... We're only an hour late for our check-in but managed to have a lovely weekend because of this company, If not had been for them this wouldn't have been possible.
I phoned around several companies, they all made it sound like a massive deal and scared me away with their prices, said they can't get the parts until later in the week which meant we would had to cancel all our plans and unpack the van.
What a great company. I seriously advise them... And the technician was absolutely unbelievable, such a nice guy too.

They are not locksmiths - just an agency probably milking locksmiths for advertising costs and charging people deposits .
Actually spoke to Dan Humphreys - Director- after no one could be bothered to get back to me or cut my key - refusing refund of deposit “as job is ongoing!” Not quite the advertised customer service or professionalism.
Company is just less than a year old so the cracks are just appearing.

Was quoted £220 on the phone only to pay £100 deposit then locksmith comes out only to be told I have to pay a further £160 so £40 added on after deposit paid the man is a absolute con artist claims he sent me a quote on WhatsApp only to check his end and say “oh no guess I didn’t” wouldn’t waste your time on these guys go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle of these thief’s !

Fab company and service, definitely recommend!
Found this company via Autolocks and phoned up as we lost our only set of van keys. Kelly on the phone was amazing, super friendly, helpful and efficient as well as just being lovely. Within minutes I knew all our options and was able to go away, have another look for the keys and then discuss with my partner what we wanted to do. Phoned back and asked more questions of Kelly before booking and paying the deposit. We asked for a next day service instead of same day as we weren't in any rush thankfully. Albert turned up promptly in the morning and was great, working through our tricky van to provide a new key and taking the time to ensure it was right.
Can't thank both of them, and Pheonix Keys, enough and definitely recommend them to anyone in trouble like us!

Firstly after a stressful day loosing and looking for my van key, I rang a number of locksmiths before finding phoenix key. The others were either rude,very unhelpful and cold during the conversation like they were just reading a script card and then just hanging up. I can only assume they didn’t want the work as it was a Friday evening. Phoenix from the jump was extremely helpful, kind and full of empathy, miles was on point with the timings of the arrival of the fitter.
The fitter was also polite and very quick with the job. Can not praise them enough. Credit where credits due.

From my initial contact with the call center, where Miles patiently and clearly explained the entire process, to the arrival of locksmith James at my car (which had unfortunately been stuck in a car park!), everything went incredibly smoothly and without any fuss.
