Pheonix were very helpful after a bad experience with one of the major motoring breakdown services.
I contacted Phenix and arranged for a very pleasant, knowledgeable operative to attend my vehicle who rectified the issue efficiently and quickly.
If only all companies worked this way,life would be so much less stressful.

The company was quick to respond, clear on options and moved things around to make sure I was able to do the school pick up. They made a potentially stressful day much easier and were helpful and polite. Nice work!

All done by WhatsApp so a little apprehensive, but all went really well and man turned up on designated date and time and key cutting was fine. All tested and it worked. Great. Thanks.

The contact I spoke with at phoenix car keys was transparent with costs and managed to arrange a locksmith same day. Took a deposit and paid the remainder to the locksmith. 10/10 for the service from Harrison, he couldn't fix the issue the same day but was prompt in obtaining the part and I was back on the road in a matter of days. Price overall was a good price compared to some other competitors. Would definitely recommend 👌

I am a carer and use my car most days for work, my car wouldn't turn on as the key wouldn't turn , I rang up and everything was explained thoroughly, what was wrong, how it would be fixed and a break down od the price , Harrison came out a few hours later that day and showed me exactly what was wrong and what he was replacing. Really good customer service, on the same day and came out to me. Thankyou so much.

Miles was absolutely amazing! He talked me through getting into my car on the phone when my key wasn’t working. Even when he realised it wasn’t the key that had broken (the battery was dead) he was really helpful with instructions on what to do next. I will definitely use their service if I ever do have an issue with my key!

Good service and on time

My ignition barrel went on my VW golf, meaning I couldn’t turn the key past the first click to start the ignition. Luckily it happened on my drive. I had just got off the phone to VW after being quoted £308 for the part and a local mobile mechanic saying 2/3 hours Labour. I see a sponsored advert for phoenix - clicked it and called, had to confirm that they were nationwide as I didn’t even look into the company. Spoke to a very friendly lady who knew exactly the problem. She came back with a quote which was considerably better than I would have expected. Said they could have someone there in 24 hours, just needed to pay x amount upfront and it will be booked. Against my every nature, I paid the deposit, came off the phone and suddenly thought, that seemed a bit too good to be true! What have I done! Looked at some of the reviews and saw mostly positive but then a selection of scammer type reviews! In the end I just thought, it will be what it is. Evening before they were due - I got a call from Loui, he confirmed the address and said he was setting off early etc and the rough time he would be here. I even asked him - you know the problem right, done it before? He was like - yes common fault etc. He turned up around the time he said. I again clarified that it was a new ignition unit going in - he confirmed. I went back out - what seemed like half an hour later and the key was working - he said he had changed the unit and held up my old one, that he just needed to put the car back together - he also managed to retain the use of my original key, when i was expecting, especially given the price and not going through VW, to now have a separate key for ignition. Some of the negative reviews were problems after - with remote locking etc. So I made sure to start the car - lock it - unlock etc. All fine, had a steering wheel light on the dash but loui explained that’s because he had to unplug something and will go off when the car next runs a check. I paid him - he left and said phoenix will send the invoice. The process seemed so smooth I was still waiting for the catch. I will admit - I did think, that ‘old’ ignition unit looked a bit clean - and how have I still got my original key. I bet a pin just needed moving or something. The lock feels smooth and brand new - if I am honest, even if it is the old unit fixed! I couldn’t care. The work comes with warranty and it was so faultless and as quoted that it was great value either way! I am not really one for reviews - but credit where credit it due with these guys. Not a service I wish to need often however, they will be my first call should I need in the future and will have no problem recommending.

My daughter left her keys in car , which automatically locked. Phoenix were able to sort out a lock smith and come to her assistance within 30 minutes. The stress in the situation was taken care of by a very friendly and caring service . Lesson learned, must get a spare key cut . If we needed there services again , wouldn’t hesitate to use …

Phoenix from start to finish were fantastic. After someone tried to steal my car Phoenix came out within a say fixed the ignition barrel and went that extra mile to fix the immolbilser box which they broke. I would highly recommend Phoenix to anyone who needs a key service for their vehicle. Would definitely use again.

My key was stuck in the ignition and prior to this it had been hard to remove the key. I needed a new ignition barrel. My garage tried to source one but was told they don't make them anymore. I rang Phoenix and and I had a replacement the same day. I think it was quite expensive but for same day service and peace of mind I have no complaints. Many thanks.

Extremely grateful for the quick response came same day I was expecting a new barrel and key but the new one was ever so slightly doffernt and wouldn't fit which he showed me so ended up fixing the existing barrel as there was sumthing damaged inside of it. Hence y kept getting stuck i did also expect new key but they keys he had weren't the correct one so I still have existing key that he sorted for me as he showed i think cause I was expecting all new but either way I am bot bothered I can get the key in and out and it works so not arsed it was a Sunday and late that he came to my house but overall happy that my key goes in no problems sometimes things ain't plain and simple that the way it goes but it works so don't matter if I was thinking I was paying for new or not it was sorted and that's all that mattered this is my true experience and the guy was very polite and he eneded up chatting for abit after even to say it was late Sunday so was very nice experience and the lady on the fone was polite also and actually sent me some info out the kindness of her heart about something I been going through so either way very polite people the guy was so nice and showed me everything he did explained to me and ended up chatting for a while after baring in mind he left Sunday evening not local and still had to get home but still took time to chat and for that I am grateful as haven't been in the best health and feel isolated alot and don't always get to speak to many people I love connecting with people and has been hard leaving my job feeling like my world turned upside down so small things I am truly grateful for please tell Andy thanku and also I get 6 months warranty aswell from the guy who came and did it so he said any problems ring me stay blessed people and humble 😊

I obviously didn't scroll down the reviews far enough to find out about how bad these people can be or I am just unlucky. I had a problem with a steering lock on my car that had been damaged by somebody attempting to steal the car without the right key. Looked on the internet and Phoenix looked to be the best fit for what I wanted. Initial contact was good but I quickly realised, all too late I am afraid, that these guys don't do anything that they say on their website. They are expensive call handlers and take no responsibility for the work undertaken by the tradesmen that they engage to do the work and change a fortune for the privilege. I have been left with a car that has no immobiliser, the steering creaks when moving, and the trim around the column clearly hasn't been put on square and a door lock key that is just a blade. I would say AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
