I had a wonderful experience completing the courses in Phoenix. I'd be happy to leave the most positive review possible. All the instructors were top-notch, and you can feel the experience and professionalism of the people teaching you. Everything was short and to the point, and if you have some experience in this field, this course really helps you form a clear understanding of your future career. You feel both the pressure and the support from the instructors, who are truly on your side, not against you, and strive to maximise your potential. After completing the courses, no one forgets about you and continues to support you in everything you need to complete, supporting you until you receive your license. Overall, the course was a wonderful experience, with very interesting challenges and additional training courses such as shooting, driving, and combat training. I'd also like to highlight the practical portion, which helps you understand the specifics of working in real-world conditions. So, a huge thank to Phoenix for a wonderful course, and, crucially, for the perfect balance between difficulty and fun. My experience on this course has been intense, practical and demanding focusing heavily on realistic scenarios. It has given me an insight on what to expect in the Close Protection industry.

The course was great and informative with Lance and Jays experience as instructors and the knowledge they passed on being invaluable especially to myself which has given me an excellent understanding of how to conduct myself when in a CP team in a corporate setting as my previous experience is from a hostile setting.

My experience on the Phoenix Close Protection Course was excellent, with skilled instructors and practical training that gave me the confidence and skills I need for a career in security.

The tutors are exceptional

The whole aspect of what we came here to learn. I enjoyed the practical side of things more than the computer stuff. But that’s because I learn things by doing them

It's been a challenging but thoroughly enjoyable course. Even coming from a military background with extensive experience in operational planning and execution, this is a different game altogether and I've learnt a lot from the trainers, who are clearly both highly experienced and established in what they do. For anyone thinking about doing a Close Protection course, I would absolutely recommend training with Phoenix!

The training is definitely to a high standard however I would say the approach isn’t for everyone however the trainers have a wealth of knowledge. Be prepared to have your limits pushed

I had a really good time on the course. It’s a long time to be kept in a hotel room but the course is fulfilling enough that I haven’t really struggled with it. The days out, as in the unarmed combat, the advanced driving and the firearms day were extremely valuable for me and were spaced apart really well so it didn’t feel like we were in the classroom all the time.

Great training team loads of experience in the industry, passed down to the students intense course but worth the end result.

I’m really enjoyed, I’m pretty sure I understand now how it’s exactly work, title job CPO it’s not really easy like I think before, I learn new skills, got new experience, and solid knowledge what I looking for. And I’m really recommend for any people who want to work that environment and industry, I they want progressive themselves, I follow the ladder to the top.

Great experience, the only reason for giving it 4/5 is because of how important it is having FREC3. I was disappointed to find out after I had booked the course that there was an optional upgrade, when in my belief it should have been incorporated in to the course itself. Having the optional upgrade is all well and good, but it’s not a viable option for someone who’s currently in full employment and looking to switch their profession and then needs to revise their annual leave with their current employer, which has allowed for an already long grant of leave. Some of us can’t just drop our current employment.
