Phoenix used to send out a statement every year, but they have not for 2 years. I rang them on the 10th of July, and they said I would receive the statement within 6 0r 7 days. 2 weeks later, nothing has arrived. I had exactly the same experience last year. I now have to ring them again, and that takes a long time to get through the recorded messages which try and put you off contacting them.

You can improve by moving faster stop stalling and fobbing people off . I have never known a company like this . I have been waiting for 6 months for my pension and it still isant completed. You did the same with my mum when my died passed away , you took so long and kept fobbing her off . If she had been on her own with no family she wouldn't have been able to have paid her rent and she would have been homeless.
You are the worst company I or my family have ever known . All you need to do is look at all your complaints because im sure there are lots of bad ones .

Absolutely awful communication by the company. Letter sent to the wrong person, conflicting information given by them regarding the policy, several phone calls required to resolve the issue. All made worse because it was to do with a deceased persons affairs. Would definitely NOT recommend this company. We are probably going to make a formal complaint

Long process and misunderstandings; but it was what they did about it re someone called David, which was amazing, how he sorted things out and resolved everything.

Why does it take so long t for a response to a query.
It seems to take weeks for the company just to send out documents to be completed

I’m still waiting for paperwork to be sent to my home address and emailed to me so I can withdraw my pension.
Everyone on the phone were helpful, had to phone twice as I was cut off once, not so good as I was phoning from Australia.

The advisor was very helpful and explained what needed to be done clearly.

Very polite call handler could not answer my question and stated Phoenix would write to me. Nothing so far and no explanation for the very opaque letter I received that prompted my question.
