The customer service line seem very helpful but I requested my pension statement twice now told it was posted out but still waiting i don't know if it's phoenix life or royal mail happend the same last year

You guys are very helpful during calls but fail in every action to provide the necessary information by post and mail. There is a serious communication and automated mailing flaw in your systems. I am not receiving the promised mail by post nor email despite multiple calls. Its getting silly now and i cant help wonder if many other companies could be so incompetent!

Once they have all your information including bank details then not get back to you with any information, been waiting almost 10 weeks now for a reply, feels like a SCAM

Every year you write to tell me that you have not received payments and every I call and inform you that you are receiving regular direct debit payments and advise me to ignore the letter. This is an old policy but rest assured that I will NEVER but any further products from Phoenix Life

my case has been going on since february and it is now july, i received a letter yesterday wednesday 15th of july telling me they will issue a final response within the next 4 weeks,and if this is not possible they will write again giving me the reason.
what a ridiculous amount of time.
would it have been sorted sooner if it was a member of phoenix life family?

The information supplied online for my account is zero. You have to speak to an assistant who cannot give you any information

Helpful information was not given info when needed it so didnt get money when needed but still good communication in end sorry I could not do what I wanted with my money

Phoenix life,your policies are amongst the worst I've ever encountered. Trying to cash in a very small pension has taken me nearly 2 years,how can this be a reputable company.
You take money in willingly,but try getting your money back, and you make things very difficult.

The process of checking for scams etc before transferring was detailed for which I was happy with. The time period for completing the process was a little slower than I expected.
