I've been using Photobookshop for several years and can't fault the quality. I get the 20x20 soft cover books as Christmas gifts for family.

There were two things that made it slightly less than a 5-star experience this year:
1. The AI generator defaulted to adding extra pages and I didn't realise; this added to the cost, and I was greatly confused. There was a button to go back and change it, but I then ran out of time to edit the results. The AI is decent, but it's better if you tweak the design a bit.
2. When I used the online messeage service to reach out about the extra cost, which had mostly shown up as a crazy shipping fee, the person told me there was nothing that could be done and the shipping price was correct. I called the customer service line instead and the person there was so so helpful. They looked into it, found out that there were extra pages added, and together we fixed it and the end price went from over $90 to $20 (I was using prepaid vouchers). So the online service rep was a bit of a letdown. But phone rep was amazing.

I have now received my 7th High Definition Layflat Page Photobook from Photobookshop. They are an absolute masterpiece, showcasing our travels around the world. I am a retired photographer, and image quality and colour accuracy mean a lot to me. I have been absolutely blown away by the incredible print quality of their albums, and matched only by their customer service. I have had many online and email interactions with them, and they obviously care about their products and their customers. I highly recommend Photobookshop and ONLY use them for my precious photographic memories.

Photobook responded very quickly to a problem with a book they sent. They immediately replaced it and the new book is beautiful. It has already been admired by many and several people have asked for details of the company. I have purchased several books from this company now and the quality and standard are amazing.

Received my latest photobook a week ago & it is excellent. This book was on our trip to NZ. I ordered the larger size 26cm x 30cm & it really highlights the great photography & quality of the printing. Colours are true to original photos & once again Photobookshop has done a great job. Their sale prices are fantastic & the production quality is excellent.

Excellent product. Very happy with the quality of the photo key rings I purchased. Slightly bewildered by the freight costs. Item cost was $59.70 but freight cost (for a 20g envelope) was $34.70 for the eight day postage from Victoria to WA. Seems excessive. My query on freight costs got a quick response that left me none the wiser. in summary, great product with pricey, slow shipping.

I have been using Photobook Club for years, and have always been happy with the finished product, whether it be photobooks, mugs or canvas prints.

The company responded quickly to my earlier review and have agreed to replace my photobook. These books are normally always high-quality and something to treasure. I now have several.

Excellent quality Photobook, nice thick pages deep rich colours. Only minor criticism is that the front cover was not as vibrant as the inside. Great value.

This book was my 15th with these guys! Always excellent product. The software has been updated so a few things were different but I quickly adapted to the changes. It’s now ever easier to move through the pages. This book was 100 pages so i appreciated the new features.

I have used Photobookshop.com several times and it is impressive that they provide consistant great service and Photobook quality. Equally impressive is that they provide help if you need it (by a real person) if your question can't be resolved with their 'Chat' system and they are very easy to find contact phone numbers etc

Been using them for years. The current update was a bit challenging at first, but once I got use to it, it’s great. I recommend it to all my friends, especially it’s affordable.

Always a winner getting the finished product back from Photobook Shop. Excellent quality, presentation, and finish. Never disappoints. Only comment is I'd like to see more options for Backgrounds in particular. Getting a little tired of same old same old. Admittedly you can make your own but updated options would be appreciated. Prepaid vouchers with postage included make this a no brainer. Keep up the good work!

Assistance during creation, and ordering, was very clear and helpful especiallywhen dealing with Erin in the 'Bulk Department'. The finished product is amazing such that we have ordered additional copies.
