Always use this company for photo books, gifts and calendars. Professional service & excellent quality products- this year’s calendars were a great hit as usual. I like the offline software & the feature that allows me to add dozens of photos & then mark them as used so the rest are easy to locate. The only suggestion I’d make is to revamp the clip art - the selections aren’t great!

The calendars I just received were great and very prompt delivery. Would have given 5 stars apart from my experience I had recently with a Lay Flat photo book. Quality was ok but delivery time and communication from the company was atrocious.

Huge let down with Service. Provided Christmas order time deadlines on their Website, and they still did not deliver in time, actually not at all.
After speaking with Customer services today to follow up on order again, finally got to the full story, They told me my order had to be reprinted which was not true, they actually didn't send it, even through I paid for express post. Not any communication from there team at all throughout this whole experience.

2nd time for Photobook. Amazing finished product.
I did a 100 page book of great grandchildren. Great Christmas gift. Will be finding a lot more photos for next project.

I've used this company to create photobooks at least 10 times and they have never let me down. The quality of their resources (downloadable styles and page backgrounds, paper, etc.) is extremely good. The ease in navigating through their program, instructions and sending your finished product, makes the task of creating lasting memories achievable for anyone. I also found their online assistance really helpful.

Customer Support is incompetent and consistently wastes my time, ignores my requests, ignores the facts I have provided (changed the subject line to refer to a different Voucher code). Continually causes me frustration and does NOT resolve the customer issues (your PhotoBookShop system is also failing by constantly defaulting to the higher priced paper option without the customer's consent - refer to PDF titled, 'Defaults to 25cent...pdf').
Critical information I provided by email is completely ignored, my subject line changed to incorrectly refer to another voucher code (refer to my file 'Voucher WAXXXXXXX...pdf). Their incompetent support has now referred to a previous issue in November 2025 rather than to the current issue provided in December 2025 while adding email pages of irrelevant information relating to November 2025. The same incompetent person seems to be the main cause and I have asked for that person not to deal / assigned to my issues in future.
Support did not spend more than two seconds reviewing my email dated 27/12/25 1:19am because they have ignored the attached file, ignored the full evidence provided, changed my subject line to refer to the wrong voucher code (from my original 25/12/25 WAXXXXXX to one that was used in November being Voucher WAXXXXXXX) and ignored my points of dissatisfaction which is unprofessional and lacked due diligence.
My experience has been completely unsatisfactory as I do not provide evidence, screen dumps and files just for them to be ignored.
Issues
1.The screen dumps and attached files were removed and ignored by support causing them to provide irrelevant information and an incorrect assumption and incorrect solution.
2. Their system will not accept their own voucher code and they do not read emails in its entirety which would be beneficial and assist them in making a fully informed and correct resolution.
3. My points of dissatisfaction have been totally ignored for a second time in the last 30 days so I will be warning others through social media.
4. I will be writing an official complaint directly to the manager at Photobookshop as my requests for escalations have been ignored once again.
5. Pick-up of the first set of calendars in November 2025 (or early Dec 2025), it was found that a calendar was incorrectly packaged with damaged corners which I could not provide as a gift and required a reprint to be picked up again in a future date, wasting my time.
6. Support incorrectly replaces the subject line with irrelevant information not related to the issue(s) raised, creating further confusion and time wastage.
7. Support have incompetently continually wasted my time by providing an answer relating to a previous issue (Nov 2025) after I escalated the Nov 2025 issue 2 - 3 times because critical evidence was ignored and due diligence not exercised by giving me an incorrect solution in Nov 2025 for a separate issue.
8. PhotoBookShop system seems to have an issue with accepting a voucher code that was purchased from PhotoBookShop and provided by PhotoBookShop.
10. How is PhotoBookShop going to compensate me for my wasted time and effort and all the problems I have encountered?

Calendar
I have just received our 18th year of family calendars. They are eagerly looked for every Xmas by the many family members. Excellent product, processed &sent In a timely manner.

The quality of the completed lay flat A4 product was amazing and the time from upload to receiving the books was within the specified time-just in time for Christmas. The challenges I experienced were with settings on my computer which denied me access to completed files. These were overcome with support from the product developer help line.
The final outcome was classy.

Made making this first Photobook a breeze. I didn't know much going in but the A.I. did all the heavy lifting (cropping,picking the best shots to blow up, collating like photos...etc). Order time through to delivery was very reasonable. Quality was great. Cheers.

Got my book completed 2 days before Xmas deadline but it was not delivered. Very disappointed as somebody won't get their gift for Xmas!

Easy software program to use.
Finished product very professional making it enjoyable to relive the memories and show the book to friends.

Received my 17th photobook with the usual punctuality and high quality. Working on my 18th now!!

An easy website to navigate, easy to load and reposition photos and to write captions.
Very happy with end result.

Great prices- I love the opportunity to buy vouchers when they are on sale and then create my projects when I'm ready. It took me a little while to get used to the website but after creating several photobooks and other gifts, it's fine. Quality is good and service is fast.

Our photobook arrived very promptly last week and it was brilliant.
It is our seventh one so far and it brings back many happy memories.
The quality of the books is exceptional.
I would highly recommend Photobook Shop to anyone.

I have been using Photobook Shop for quite a few years now. I make a calendar for my family every year (and one for myself). They are beautiful, the photos come together and it all looks wonderful. Lately I have even been putting together a yearly book of memories and I have been loving it! It's a great way to bring together all the photos and memories from the year. AND I get all of these for such great value for money! The only thing I could suggest would be some different fonts/templates for the program they use. Other than that, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After some initial issues with reordering books, all went well. Issues were resolved professionally and with friendly courtesy. The books were received in a short timeframe. Very happy with the service. Been using Photobook shop for about 10 years and wouldn’t think of using anyone else. Thanks team.
