I have been using Photobook Shop for many years, completed books for my children from baby years to having their own family, one book each for my siblings and Memories of travels with my mother. My mother is 91 and loves revisiting the places we have been. So easy to use and love purchasing the vouchers so that I am ready for my next book.

I have been using PhotobookShop for many years to create photobooks of our trips overseas and around Australia as well as personalised calendars for the past 8 years. Also hhave created many sets of ceramic coasters using my macro photos of flowers and birds and just now have produced sets of cards from my own photos.

I have been now for many years with Photobookshop and have to say that the quality of their photobooks is excellent. I am generally going with a 26x33 cm, 120 pages and it is always easy to maneuver to construct the book. My only reproach is that the uploading of the pictures is for me complicated; I always need help.

I have used photoshop book several times over the years and have never been disappointed, including creating year books for Year 6.
The quality of the books produced are great.
The program is easy to use and delivery is quick.
Would recommend.

My experience, being the one putting it together was very different. Not being the most tech savvy, l struggled to get started, The help line was fantastic even though they had to put me through step by step,
There has to be a way to make it easier for us of the older guys to buy and get started.

Ordered 9 photo tiles which arrived promptly. One of the tiles had been squashed slightly and another had some folds on the print paper. I requested replacements of the damaged tiles 3 weeks ago (with photos to show the issues) and have had no response

After every big holiday I create a 120 page 30x30 Photo Book, and for the last 10 years The Photobook Club has been my go-to. Their quality is simply exceptional, vibrant and professionally finished. With a generous 3 year validity on the vouchers it's unbeatable value. Each book becomes a treasured keepsake and I never tire of flipping through them. Much better than scanning through a computer! With each project I discover new exciting features to enhance the story of my journey.It's the perfect way to relive those memories and share with others.

This is truly hard, but I'll start with: the photo prints I received were fantastic. The originals (some just screenshots) were not great tbh - they're historical pics for a very old house - so I was super-impressed, they squeezed the very best from what they had to work with. And I had some very weird sizes and... all sorts. So that was fantastic, and incredibly cheap (too cheap? 35 cents is less than I'd have paid 50 years ago in the 70s for a photo reprint). But on the other side of the ledger, this company would seriously benefit by having a CEO / funding to invest in modern tech, starting with their security (not saving passwords in readable text), then their website (no words!), their downloadable software is truly 90s at the latest, and their ordering process and "tracking" are beyond archaic. But I believe they are trying to succeed, so it'd be nice if whoever owns this company stopped tying the hands of their employees behind their backs, tool them up, let them fly, and when updated, charge MORE for a great service! (nothing below $1). IF they did that, this company could completely OWN this space. GLOBALLY! What a market to corner! Imagine being this close to doing that and then just saying "nah, I'm busy"! No-one else has good reviews, these guys are half-way there, it's there for the taking. Until then, I'll order again, because the final product wash just outstanding and I'd like to support these dedicated employees.

Spent 5 hours trying to make a 20 photo Photobook.

Their software, just, doesn't. Work.

Honestly so annoying. Save yourself the hassle.

The books come up really well, and if you use discount coupons (eg from Groupon) they are fantastic value for money. I have created about 20 of them, mainly 100 page ones. Mastering their website and design programs takes some work,but gets easier every time. I have tried other suppliers, but have found Photobookshop the best. Make sure you get the name right, because at least one other company has a very similar name.

Once again very happy customer. I have now done 8 books and always a great experience - good quality, cost effective with the voucher system and good turnaround time. I use the desktop software at my pace and find it a great way to complete your photo books.

I wrote a cookbook with photos to give to my friends, and they absolutely loved it. I opted for express printing and delivery and I was delighted. Photobookshop did exactly as they promised. The quality was superb, so professional!

I have made over 30 books for personal and school projects and my last one did not disappoint. It was on time, the colour and clarity of the photos were excellent. Highly recommend the company.

I bought a 10-pack of fridge magnets, 68×68 size, for $14 yesterday, seeing your fake EOFY sale everywhere and just an hour later, it was showing for $10 everywhere. How's it possible?

Could you please tell me why you're ripping me off??? Isn't it bait advertisement, or is it your normal practice to deceive people???

Now, I doubt all the item prices ($57 for 3 things) I paid, whether they're genuine or not. I was in a bit of a hurry and thought it was a great EOFY deal, but later I checked on a few different websites/apps, your prices are significantly higher than most of such other systems available in the market. I'm really feeling ripped off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was planning to use your services for the 1st time, but after this experience, I'd like a refund of everything, and I won't ever use your terrible services again and won't even recommend it to anyone!!!

You haven't responded to any of my emails even once. When I complained about this today on Facebook on one of their recent posts about the same product, I got a rude response!
