Appalling. Website pretended to be an .ie domain. Once ordered, discovered its a UK website. Waited ages for order, then had to pay customs fee nearly same price as photos. Quality of photos dreadful.... Toon meer

Good quality, pretty quick
Software for creating photo books is easy to use and has lots of options for different effects and books are nice quality. Quite expensive to print & ship though, so have to wait for large discount deals before ordering.

Great Photo book options and quality
The photo books are very sturdy and look great. Theyre a much better way to display your memories rather than just printing bundles of photos which get mixed up and mislaid. The only annoying part is that its not always possible to make a photo fit the template, if you pinch a picture to make it smaller it doesn't work.

I really enjoy making a yearly photobook for my 3 young grandchildren. The app is easy to download and I prefer to personalize and add text. The quality of the finished product is excellent and the delivery service is fast, reliable and timely.

The new creative experience is dreadful
What on earth has Photobox done to its website. There are almost no creative options online and the downloaded app is cluttered, unfriendly, hard to navigate. I have given up, having used Photobox for 15 years or more, and giving countless gifts from here.

Misleading Products & Completely…
Misleading Products & Completely Useless Support
I ordered two canvases advertised as 30×40 cm. What I received wasn’t even close to that size one side measured around 16 cm.
I sent clear photos showing the measurements, but customer support repeatedly insisted the canvas was the ‘correct size,’ even though it was obviously nowhere near 30×40.
They denied my refund, dismissed the evidence I provided, and made me repeat the same steps again and again.
The chat was unhelpful, contradictory, and felt like they were trying to gaslight me into believing the wrong size was correct.
I had to escalate just to get basic acknowledgement, and by that point the whole experience was already ruined.
If this is how they treat customers with genuine issues, I won’t be buying from Photobox again and I absolutely do not recommend them.

Next day delivery....more like a week and a Half
I Ordered something as a gift and paid extra for a quicker delivery as it's for a birthday only to be told that it will be a week late and I am not entitled to a postage refund as it's not their problem. Rubbish Customer service. If you need a gift and you don't want to wait weeks for it I wouldn't use this company.

I have been a loyal customer to…
I have been a loyal customer to Photobox for many years And I have noticed in the last 2 years approx. that the company has changed in several ways and not all for the best. I find the quality of printing can vary from one photo album to another. The pricing system now does not offer the same discounts. The buy now create later offer has been reduced in length of time to complete the project and offers no extension should it be required. Your delivery price has increased. These are my main issues.

Worth the money
I've used PB for my personal (not professional) albums for years now and their quality and price are good. They've upped the price recently which is unfortunate, but than again so have many others. I recommend them.
