I ordered 3 car fresheners of our dogs a they were brilliant! Quick delivery too! They smell lovely and fresh too, the pictures of the dogs are amazing! Would definitely buy again and recommend to family and friends.

Still waiting. Incomplete order, bad experience
I am only doing this review because I have been prompted to at least 3 times to do a review and receive a free air freshener (but even the link to make a review doesnt work) and I still haven't received my compete order!
I purchased 3 air fresheners for a birthday present on the 4th June. It estates 5 days to be delivered on the website. I received 2 out of the 3 air fresheners well past the 5 days, more like 2 weeks and its now 24th June and im still waiting for my complete order. This was supposed to be a birthday present that has long passed. I was told they ran out of a specific fragrance so they only sent 2 of the 3 as the third was being made else where. I was also asked if I could give feedback the compare the 2 different manufacturers and let them know the difference in quality. As of yet this is impossible, im still waiting and I think out of principal you should of sent them in a different fragrance or made duplicates with the other manufacturers so I can compare them properly and have extras for the inconvenience. Because if there is a big difference in quality at least one of them will be a disappointment. You should contact your customers when there is a problem and not send an incomplete order. And stop asking for reviews when you still haven't even completed the order.

Firstly, I want to sincerely apologise again for the experience you’ve had here. After going back through the full email chain personally, I feel there was some crossed communication internally on our side, and I’m genuinely very sorry for the confusion and frustration this caused.
As explained in our email to you earlier, this situation was not handled to the standard we expect. Because of that, we’ve gone ahead and processed a full refund for your entire order, and on top of that we’ve also arranged for an entirely brand new replacement order to be produced free of charge as a gesture of apology.
We completely understand your frustration regarding the incomplete order, the review emails being sent before everything had arrived, and the overall delay, and in hindsight we agree this should have been handled much better from start to finish.
We did reach out to you privately around 1 week ago hoping to make this right for you personally, but haven’t heard back just yet. We’re genuinely very sorry for the experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Easy upload experience and great quirky gift. Would’ve been better if I could have previewed the order and the delivery was a bit longer than expected but my friend absolutely loved it so it was worth it overall. She didn’t open it so I can’t comment on the fragrance.

Order didnt arrive
Order didnt arrive. After a few weeks I contacted them. They said it was because I hadn't uploaded a photo. Which isn't possible because you have to do this as part of your order.
Gave them another photo. Waited another month. Still nothing. Contacted them. They apologised said it was going to be done asap. Another month went by. Still nothing. Eventually they said they would just refund me. Waste of time
