I had a very disappointing experience with Pickyourtrail.

Our malaysian airlines flight was cancelled on the day of travel and 2 days were lost. so I contacted them regarding the remaining 2-day itinerary cost. Airlines agreed to provide a refund of lost amount, but this careless organization said they can not provide receipts or a proper cost breakdown for those unused days. these policies were never clearly explained during the booking process.

Before the booking their team especially the booking agent Rakshita dugar was extremely proactive, kept making so many calls and persistent in securing the booking. However when we were facing this issue. they were unresponsive unwilling to adjust the itinerary, and did not provide the level of customer service I expected.

I believe travel companies should be transparent about their policies from the beginning especially regarding cancellations, refunds, and documentation. Customers should not discover these limitations only after problems arise.

My advice to anyone considering booking with Pickyourtrail is to carefully read all the terms and conditions ask for written confirmation of refund policies, receipts, and itinerary pricing before making any payment. Also don't rely solely on their celebrity advertisements in site, they don't necessarily reflect the quality of customer service you will receive.

Amazing resort and lifetime experience. Pickyourtrail team were so good and helped us pick the right package and locations for us. Throughout the trip they were available for any assistance and we faced no trouble during our stay.

This was my first trip with Pyt. I wanted to go to an international trip with my wife for honeymoon. I had interactions with several providers but the way pyt has followed up with me was nice and very professional. Right from start they helped me identify the places hotels and list of activities based on my interest and also provided honest feedbacks in the itenary process. I had a good experience over all travelling with them. They took care of everything they made sure that communication was proper during each phase like itenray creation, post booking, helping with packing and preparation for the trip and finally taking good care during the trip. Though they book fee external vendors for the activities they make sure that we are safe and things go as planned. I really likes the 24 hr support option where they answer you all questions and help you with any issues whenever you have concerns. They also helped with visa flight booking and everything needed for the trip. This gave me peace of mind and just enjoy the activities and return back home safe.

Very professional yet client friendly. PYT was available 24 x7 to address our queries and consider our specific inputs if any while curating the holiday plan. Especially "on-trip" support was fantastic!! I highly recommend PYT for all those who wish for a memorable vacation !!
