Exactly what I wanted, exactly as described. Quality excellent. Sizing as expected.

I have emailed the company explaining to them the size is much smaller than expected. I typically wear a XL. That’s exactly what I ordered. But their sizes ran smaller. So I emailed the company asking them to please help me exchange the sweater. The company said they won’t replace the sweater but will send me another sweater if I paid them an additional $15.00. Which is exactly what I did and today 7 days later with no response. I DO NOT recommend buying any products from this company. Extremely disappointed because the sweater I purchased was to support a cause.

Pay extra to receive digital design/proof, not received. Inquire with company and no dice. Sizes are completely inaccurate. Basically stuck with a hoodie that is useless.

My only issue was not being able to see the standard design vs the gold outline design. So - I just went ahead and paid the extra for the gold outline!

Simple easy

Very straightforward process. Looking forward to seeing it, when it arrives.

Poor communication. The actual design is pretty good but the gift ended up being ruined due to poor communication. They offered a replacement for a small fee, but then rescinded the offer. Now I’m out $70 with nothing to show for it. I wouldn’t risk it.

Overall great options and good prices for quality items; I saw my coworkers item and decided to buy. Only wish was that there was a way to more easily update the shipping address besides emailing customer service; not a big deal but would be a nice feature. It would have also been nice if you were able to preview the colors chosen together before having to buy the item to make sure you like the combination.

I sent a picture of my dog, a West Highland terrier. White with black eyes. They got the color of the eyes wrong (came back light brown), and the embroidered image looks cross-eyed.
