It seems no matter if its 10 in the morning or 12 at night, Eshan from customer support will be there, waiting in the shadows to help you with server related problems within about 10 minutes of logging a support ticket. Had some issues getting the world uploaded but he did it for me. Same for updating the server version 2 weeks later. Uparalelled customer service and the server connection is always really great. Every hosting website will have small issues with the servers, so customer service is extremely important. Piglinhost has incredible and fast customer service. Eshan with support is great and solving issues and explaining directions. A wonderful website for hosting both vanilla and modded minecraft servers.

I looked around at many different hosting services before setting on Piglin Host. Was swayed me was the rave reviews about the customer service. I'm brand new at running a server and ran into an issue setting my server up right away. Within minutes of asking for help on the discord support channel I had a reply and the server was up and running about 30 minutes later. I don't think I have ever had a faster reply with any company before.

Eshan is hands down the best support ive ever dealt with I was trying to set up a server for hours and couldn't figure it out but I Dmed them and they had it fixed and working almost instantly, i didnt even have to wait for replies to questions.

Piglinhost is excellent, the server runs great and whenever I have any issues at all the support team will always help me out. The support team on discord is always prompt to respond to me and has been the best customer support experience I have ever had!! I am not very computer or Minecraft savvy so it is always nice being treated with respect and have things dumbed down for me, and I have never felt like I was being a nuisance. So nice and fast! Eshan has been so helpful with my server. Any question either big or little, he was so willing to help me answer and would always explain to me what exactly happened. The time zone difference would be the biggest obstacle, but I don't really mind waiting to hear back from him. Being able to have such accessible and nice support is something I wouldn't ever trade for.
