I have tried every single big hosting platform for Minecraft I could find, Apex, Bisect, Shockbyte, and PebbleHost, and not a single ONE of them even comes close to the quality support you receive from the team behind it all. The Developer and main support guy Eshan dedicates his day to making your server experience better and it's nothing less then phenomenal service. Keep it up lads im excited to see how it goes in the future!

Absolutely stellar support! Really nice people (shout out to Eshan!) and lightning fast response. As for the service itself the admin panel is really easy to use, I can upload a lot of files without having to use FTP programs, and great prices for their quality. I'm currently running a 200+ modpack of Fabric on the 6GB one and it's working smooth as butter.

Their support is amazing. They always responded with the information I was asking for, were transparent in every aspect of it, worked really fast and effectively to help me.
I may feel like it is a bit overpriced for the service I am getting (it is my first time renting a Minecraft server, bear that in mind), as it can sometimes crash when a lot is going on on the server. I think it shouldn't for the amount of people and the amount of RAM in the server, but I may be completely wrong as this is my first time.

I've used so many server providers (Aternos, Bisect, Shockbyte, etc.) and none have made me feel as valued as Piglinhost. The support team is phenomenal and the control panel is easy to use. If you're still considering where to host, stop your search because you won't find anywhere better than here.

Organization of site:

I have not used the site too much other than to purchase my server, but all experience I have had with it has been smooth and easily navigable.

Efforts of staff:

Staff went to efforts beyond any other host I have used to address issues with a modpack I have tried (and failed) to use on many servers. After goals were not met, they helped make a custom modpack that ran significantly smoother containing all the things I wanted. I had quality communication with staff troubleshooting any problems in real-time to create an optimal experience that ended up running perfectly. No other host I have used has gone to this level of dedication of making the often buggy modpacks out there work...anywhere else will tell you to upgrade and hope for the best while they work with you here.

Other:

Staff has been extremely courteous. At the time of writing, they use discord as a primary method of communication. This is an extremely popular medium among those likely to be hosting a minecraft server and allows a much smoother and natural communication experience than website text boxes or email chains.

Extremely good customer support, im not very good with servers, but Eshan is available to help and he fixes everything for me when i decide to change modpacks or reset worlds

Tried to update, messed around with it a while, finally put in a ticket before I broke something, response was so fast that I saw the server doing things and initially thought I just should have waited a couple more minutes for it to work itself out.

Went to check the ticket, the guy was already telling me it was fixed and good to go. Super helpful, super friendly on follow-up questions for future reference, A+ experience.

The servers worked great! The support responds extremely quick and are very respectful.

I have used many hosting service over the past decade for Minecraft servers and this is the first time that I have had such a great service!
Price wise, it is cheaper than the current big ones.
The Panel is very easy to navigate and quick.
But man... the tech service is incredible, it is Saturday and I received replies to my tickets within minutes.
Not only they fix my own mistakes or problem, but they also go beyond and do more than I originally requested.

I would recommend it to anyone!

Had a little trouble trying to sign in to my account and get my server up and running but an absolute legend help me through and answer every question I had.

Additionally, the servers are amazing and only had performance issues when first loaded. I have a 4gb plan with around 100 mods and it runs perfectly with 10+ players.

I would recommend this to absolutely everybody who needs a server.

I started renting a server a few months back, had no issues whatsoever, the support staff are really helpful.

amazing instant support. staff is clearly well informed on server hosting and other technical matters. was able to answer every question and solve every problem i had!

Support is very custom-tailored. If you don't like the feeling of a business minded, grey and sterile customer care and prefer a human oriented one, or if you are a bit n00b with configurations. Piglin it's the host service for you!

These guys are Awesome
They are always on point with any technical help that I need on my server, prices are really fair compared to other websites even if this isn't the most popular option. One thing I would say is a con or bugs me is that anytime I go onto the website I have to login every single time even if I press on the "remember me" option which gets pretty annoying but that is the only con I have for them. They will work with you for all your needs!

These guys are awesome, they do everything and more whenever I ask a question or need help installing something. Love their service!

From the First Steps of deciding on wich server package to get till the Set up and installing of Plugins with the Help of Customer Service, everything was really really efficient and enjoyable for me as the Client.

The Customer service is top notch and their response time is super fast. I never waited more than a few minutes for a reply.

Because I couldn't afford the best one, I bought one of their roughly $10 servers; and they were very kind, and helpful in getting it set up for me, with a nice subdomain and bedrock subdomain, and everything!... If I can afford it, I'd love to stick with this server hosting provider long-term, and I definitely look forward to upgrading with them, in the future.🧡👍
