This is a scam company that takes your money and fails to deliver the product! Ripped me off in February and still trading! Avoid at all costs!

Terrible terrible product
Terrible terrible product. Bought the cooling mats for our bed absolutely NO cooling affect whatsoever. Total waste of £74 customer service just say you cannot return . This mat has no cooling properties I would not expect any product to keep cold all night I would however expect a cooling mat to have at least a little cooling effect. This product does nothing. Not fit for purpose.
