Disappointing…
Love these pillows and have a few. One of my friends stayed and said they loved the pillow and had the best night’s sleep so I decided to gift them one. Was therefore disappointed when I received the pillow with à large returns note taped to it (a lot of tape on the pillow packaging!) hand-written with their personal details, stating they were returning it as it’s too firm. Amongst the obvious issues with this, I’m now thinking this is a second-hand pillow that’s someone’s slept on - not ideal in any scenario, but especially when it’s a gift!

You sent me an email on 26 July 2026 saying that my account had been credited with £9.84 and that this would be available until midnight on 31 August 2026. However when I tried to apply the MYDISCOUNT Code in Checkout for today's purchase, this was rejected for being beyond the usage period.

Beware, no returns label, costly return
Ordered 4 pillows, tried out 2, left two in packaging. They weren’t what I was looking for. Discovered there is NO returns policy. So it is going to cost £10 to send them back.

We do have a returns policy in place, which is available on our website. For standard items such as pillows, we can accept returns where they are unused, unopened, in their original packaging and with the hygiene tags intact. Under your statutory cancellation rights for online purchases, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel, although the cost of returning the goods is the customer’s responsibility.
As pillows are a personal-use, hygiene-sensitive product, this is standard practice across the bedding and sleep industry to ensure products cannot be resold once opened or used. We’re sorry if this wasn’t clear at the time of purchase.
If the two unopened pillows are still in their original packaging with the hygiene tags intact, please contact our Customer Service team on 0333 335 6455 or at heretohelp@pillowworld.com and they’ll be happy to guide you through the returns process. 😊

I cannot praise this company highly enough for the outstanding customer service I received.
