Very poor first experience

My first order for Mounjaro was a complete nightmare. The delivery arrived extremely late, and despite having CCTV evidence of the delivery situation, the company showed no interest in hearing about it.

In the end, we had to collect the delivery ourselves, even though we had already paid for the service.

To make matters worse, when we opened the box there were no needles included, meaning the Mounjaro couldn’t even be used.

Overall this was a very disappointing experience and a very poor level of service for a first order.

PILL TIME RESPONSE TO REQUEST

IN REPLY TO PILL TIME, THEY ALREADY HAVE EMAILS ON THE PROBLEM TO THE SAME PERSON WHO IS PLAYING FOR TIME REQUESTING INFORMATION, SO THIS BAD REVIEW DISAPPEARS.

ADVICE: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Pill Time are on top when I need my…

Pill Time are on top when I need my medication so I can put the prescription to the doctors surgery.

The pouches are easy to open and the medication is clearly written on each pouches and when to take them.

Every month I have to check if they…

Every month I have to check if they have received my prescription. I do not have the app as I use a computer and would not have a clue how to download it in my 70's had a stroke and disabled. My items are supposed to be pouched sometimes I receive them in boxes and get them all mixed up as I take at least 20 a day. I never had a problem before the new system was installed and now can't access my account it says my email address is not registered but I used it on the previous system so am feeling disappointed at the moment

Pilltime don't care

Expensive prescription sent to the wrong address and @royalmail sent a photo of a front garden as a proof of delivery. Went to the address it was posted to and no-one knew anything about it. PillTime basically said its tough luck and refuse to accept responsibility

Having reviewed your account, I can see that we received your prescription on 16 February 2026. Your order was then dispatched from our pharmacy on 5 March 2026 and was delivered by Royal Mail on 6 March 2026.

Our records show that you confirmed that your medication was not due to run out until 9 March 2026, meaning your order arrived three days before your next cycle was due to start, which is the timeframe we aim to achieve for all repeat prescriptions.

That said, we do understand that the time between prescription receipt and dispatch can sometimes feel longer than expected. We are currently working on improvements across our dispensing process so that orders can be prepared and dispatched more quickly in the future, and we anticipate you will see improvements moving forward.

Order WL005646

Order WL005646. Order not delivered issue with Royal Mail, essentially they left it in a 'safe space' which was not designated by me, now it's missing. Pill Time taking no responsibility for it, now I don't have the medication I should have took last Thursday. Been in contact with the company via email as it's impossible to contact them through other means, I've asked them to call me which for some reason they won't, started contact on 3rd march my last email on 6th march has not been replied to it's now 9th march, apparently it's being looked into but that's not helpful to me as a customer. Just sent them another chase email, I'll update this review with their reply. At the moment absolutely would not recommend this company, an absolute shambles.

Update 9th March - they have replied to say no replacement as it was up to me to contact royal mail to designate a safe space, totally untrue under UK consumer law Section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I have wrote to remind them of their obligations and shall report back on their reply. Please do not use this company, as clearly when things go wrong they then make up their own consumer laws. I will also be reporting to trading standards.

Update 10th March - they have emailed pretty much the same response as below, clearly still in breach of UK Consumer law, I do noted that Trust Pilot says they may use AI to reply to reviews, but clearly they use it for replies to customer emails (or so it seems at least). I have again one back to them to remind them of their obligations, I have also spoken to Royal Mail who thankfully do understand consumer rights and have noted it is an issue between the seller and delivery company - they were surprised I have had to get involved. Clearly this company is just using delay tactics in the hope that I give up.

It was then dispatched and delivered by Royal Mail on 03.03.2026, using the tracking reference you were provided. Royal Mail’s delivery confirmation includes GPS coordinates matching the delivery address provided.

When we confirm that an order has been dispatched, we recommend downloading the Royal Mail app so you can track your parcel in real time and set delivery preferences in advance, particularly if you may not be at home. This allows you to nominate a shaded, out-of-direct-sunlight-safe place or a trusted neighbour to accept the parcel on your behalf.

Following a full review of your account, we can confirm that no safe place instructions or alternative delivery preferences were provided for this order. Once a parcel has been dispatched, Royal Mail and the recipient are responsible for ensuring it is successfully received, including tracking the parcel and arranging collection where necessary.

Unfortunately, as the parcel was marked as delivered, no safe place was specified, and the item was not retrieved, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement for parcels reported as left outside, placed in bins, or not collected promptly after delivery.

We understand this situation is frustrating, and we apologise for the inconvenience. Tracking deliveries and setting delivery preferences through the Royal Mail app can help prevent similar issues in the future.
