We then ask that our patients reuse their PillTime box until they need a new one. This is a huge reduction in our monthly cardboard waste. No contingency when delivery issues…

No contingency when delivery issues occur - I am now 4 days late on my injection and nobody has responded to my email today as promised. I should have changed pharmacies and I would not recommend their customer services as there doesn’t seem to be any urgency or a telephone number where you can speak to a real person.

For ease of meditation getting pouched…

For ease of meditation getting pouched is the best thing that I ever done. With one hand not with feeling I was finding dispensing from original packaging and with the amount of medication plus time it was difficult with these pouches with all my medication throughout the day it’s easy just open & all the medication for that time (clearly marked) can be taken simple as 123

Issues I thought would be done

Well for a start I was under the impression all my medication (6) in total in the morning 3 tablets (twice a day 7/8 hours apart) would all be in the pouches ready to take but in the morning you or put 3 different tablets in the morning pouch and this is the most important one as it gets me ready for the day .... The others are top ups if needed which I don't mind faking it from the boxes but I just did pill time to just to make it all ready prepped but I guess it's ok

Pill Time problems?

It must be nearly a year that I have been using pilltime and I cannot remember a time when I received my medication on time. I have a constant battle every month with pill time and my surgery both of whom seem to insist that the fault is not with them.

For the 3rd month in a row, I am out of tablets completely and I know the i will spin the next hour and a half speaking to both parties to find a simple resolution.

I find it hard to believe that a simple solution cannot be resolved by both parties where by they speak to each other and resolve this issue once and for all.

Having read the many reviews on social media It is a apparent that I am not the only person that is having these problems. It is apparent that many people that use these services are very old and frail and in many cases need their medication to keep them alive and although this appears to be a dramatic
It is a fact.

I understand that pill time are a business and are there to make money? But what is the cost going to be.
