Upto now it’s the best medication service that I have recieved, medication was order with ease, I was always aware of were my medication was as in were the order was ie packing, ready etc, also an item not available came 2 days later, im not worrying now if I’m going to have my meds on time for when I run out, service was perfect

It all started well. However, in the last 4 months Pilltime has got the dates wrong on the pouches and has been unable to track a recent request - saying that they haven't received the request from my GP when the NHS site clearly says the it's GP Approved. YOUR IT SYSTEMS ARE CLEARLY BROKEN!!! Finally, your agent, on the phone was unhelpful and when I said I was thinking of leaving Pilltime she said "I don't blame you".

My meds finally kicked in after months of trying to get them right.

Prescription not sent out when due, in fact, not made up at all. I had to contact Pilltime to see where it was and you hadn't realised it had been missed. When it came the gabapentin wasn't pouched, it was sent with the order in a separate box.

Mounjaro Order: Ordered on 21st and it was despatched on the 22nd and arrived with me on the 23rd. I was suitably impressed.

Off to a positive start as the online consultation was quick and easy and the approval of submitted information was also very quick and efficient. The problem arose as I did not know how long this would take and was trying to organise round the delivery time so that someone would be in to be able to take delivery. This did not go so smoothly. The parcel arrived next day, and was delivered to my neighbour!
The parcel packing was also not really sufficiently chilled and actually felt quite warm - my experience with other providers (MedExpress, Pharmacy2U, Independent Pharmacy) the packaging has been really cold and chilled. This did not give me confidence that A. the weight loss pen would still be ok to use (as it is supposed to be kept at a certain temperature, and B. would I use PillTime again if this would happen again?
I think they need to consider packing with more chill packs - especially now we are coming into warmer outside temperatures.

Ive left some poor reviews of this company in the past but I really thought that after some logistical issues they were starting to be better but no.
I emailed them 3rd March to ask for a slight change to the way my meds were being pouched. I followed up on chat a week or so later and was told the relevant team were dealing.
Emailed again 12th April to ask about it again. No reply.
I’ve now had another delivery and the changes I requested have not been implemented. Still no communication from Pilltime.
Very disappointing.

I have reverted back to my previous supplier as Pill Time sent me as many boxes of tablets that they couldn’t put in the daily pouch as I previously received
