PinProsPlus Reviews

Excellent quality!! A lot of detail on every coin. Very happy with purchase

They always take care of me and I have had very few complaints, and when I do they immediately have fixed the issue at the factory and sent me expedited replacements. They make good enamel pins.

Amazing staff dedicated to providing high quality and impressive artwork. Yes, I called it artwork!

I worked with Alyssa who helped me design the perfect challenge coins for my bicycle shop.

People loved them as did I.

I cannot recommend Pins Plus more.

Easy to work with, fast delivery

YOU MADE IT SO EASY TO WORK WITH. I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY AN UPFRONT CHARGE BEFORE YOU SHOWED ME WHAT YOU COULD DELIVER. YOU WERE QUICK TO DELIVERED EVERY SINGLE TIME I MADE A CHANGE. THE LINES POINTING TO WHERE YOU WOULD INCLUDE 3D WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND I KNEW EXACTLY WHAT MY END RESULT WAS GOING TO LOOK LIKE. WHAT BLEW ME AWAY WAS THE CRAFTMANSHIP OF THE COIN WE RECEIVED. I CAN NOT BE PROUDER OF THE COIN WE ARE PRESENTING TO OUR VETERANS ON THIS AMERICA 250 ANNIVERSARY IN HONOR OF THEIR SERVICE. REBECCA, ADAM, YOU GUYS WERE GREAT! THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE, IT WAS SUCH A PLEASURE WORKING WITH YOU.

High quality products

I work for a federal law enforcement agency, and my supervisor gave me the short turnaround task of designing and ordering pins for our new chaplain program. A colleague had used PinProsPlus before and recommended this company to me. Their customer service was excellent, and I received two design samples that fit my requests very quickly. The head of my organization picked the design sample for our program, and we received our first order of pins in less than two weeks. Everyone was very excited about the pins, including our new program chaplains. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for unique pins for their companies and organizations, and I will definitely use them in the future.

Where do I begin. My office has worked with Adam Mathias and his company PinProsPlus for several years now. Their customer service is excellent. Adam is kind, patient, and really helps get my ideas through from start to finish. He is our pin guy. Now that we need embroidered patches, he will be our patch guy as well. If I could give them more stars, I would. I highly recommend PinProsPlus!!

Responsive and prompt service and the product was excellent.

Everything was delivered in a timely manner, and the quality of the work was excellent. Would definitely recommend using this company.

Great design. Great quality. Great service, as always. 5th time utilizing them. Always pleased.

My company has been buying pins from them for a long time, quick response and easy ordering, great quality!

Everything was great smooth and easy to place the order.

Highly recommended!!

Immediate response quick action for artwork verification and very timely on order and delivery. Pins turned out awesome. Thank you.

I had a great experience with Pin Pros Plus. The quality of the custom pins I ordered was excellent, and they turned out looking great. Because these pins are worn as part of our Fire Communications Dispatcher Supervisor uniforms, quality and appearance are extremely important to us, and Pin Pros Plus delivered a product that met our expectations.

During the process, I needed some revisions made to my order, and the team was very responsive. They replied quickly to my questions, addressed all of my concerns promptly, and made the necessary corrections without any hassle.

What impressed me most was how fast everything was handled. Once the revisions were completed, I received my updated pins back quickly. It's clear that customer satisfaction is important to them.

I highly recommend Pin Pros Plus for anyone looking for high-quality custom pins and outstanding customer service. Their responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to making things right set them apart.

Your service was fast, easy, and efficient- thank you so much.
I was able to ask all my questions, make a payment, and place my order through email in one works day. This was extremely convenient.

Super easy to work with! Second time purchasing, and hoping the delivery is just as quick as the first time. Thanks for creating such a stress-free purchasing experience.
