PinProsPlus Reviews

I have to say from start to finish the staff is so on top of everything. As a Commander of a VFW, we utilize Pinproplus for our challenge coins for our Post.
I have never met a finer group of professionals who succeed in the mission of keep the customer happy and satisfied, and most of all informed.

Incredibly rapid turn around time on email responses, and art proofs. Very easy to work with and very responsive. Ordered 100 challenge coins from them once, then 2 years later they had another round with altered design mocked up in less than 24 hours.

PinPros offers exceptional quality, design, and customer service! Each time I have worked with them, my expectations have been exceeded! They make custom easy. You won't be disappointed!

Amazing job! The coins look incredible. Top quality.

The team was fantastic! I had a specific deadline for receiving the coin, and while they couldn’t guarantee it, they delivered it a full week earlier than expected. The quality matched the specifications perfectly, and the material exceeded my expectations.

We ordered challenge coins and they came just as pictured! The artwork is fantastic and the customer service was exceptional. They returned my emails quickly and very kindly answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend them to anyone and order from them again.

The pins turned out great! Very high quality. The gold metal has a nice tone that does not look cheap. The enamel is well done and has a neat appearance. I was particularly impressed with the level of communication and follow up I received on my order.

Adam and PinPro Plus are both great assets to our business! They're incredibly quick with their design and production times and priced right. We get so many compliments on our honey bee pins and we enjoy handing them out because they don't cost a ton to make but have a large impact on consumers.
