PinProsPlus Reviews

High quality pins, and PinProsPlus worked to meet our budget by economizing on plate changes, unlike some other suppliers.

We had an incredibly tight and frankly unrealistic timeline, made even more challenging by unprecedented storms and the holiday season—but this team delivered anyway.

From design through production, they were thoughtful, responsive, and detail-oriented. The final challenge coin was absolutely beautiful, high quality, and executed exactly as envisioned. Every detail came through perfectly.

The coin ended up being one of the most special and well-received items at our conference. It genuinely elevated the experience for everyone, and we’re so glad we trusted them to make it happen. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Love using Pin Pros! They have been very easy to work with, fast delivery, great prices, and a great product!

We've ordered from Pin Pros Plus several times. Their customer service is great and they provide a great product.

From start to finish these guys were amazing! Very easy to work with, sent in our idea and they came up with EXACTLY what we were looking for. Great prices and turn around time. Will 100% recommend to all of our friends, family and Krewe! Thank you again for everything! 😃

We decided to try a different vendor (PinProsPlus) due to the price quote received by our current vendor. We was quite surprised by the price difference. We were nervous about trying someone else but getting some samples from Adam (who knew the difference between "hard enamel" and "soft enamel" pins), we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the pins. We also decided to pay for the production of one pin then would receive a discount from that cost towards our order. It was still a deal even though we had to pay the extra for the sample pin (so we were sure it was what we wanted). The pin sample and the box of pins arrived quickly and the quality was exceptional. And Adam was helpful all through the process (and I know I emailed him a LOT!)

I recently had an excellent experience with PinPros and their service. From start to finish, everything was consistently fast, and I really appreciated the reliability. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, Adam was quick to respond and always willing to help. It's rare to find such dedicated customer service these days. I highly recommend this service if you're looking for efficiency and support!

These new replacement pins are better than the ones purchased back at the parade in 1986. Being a Legacy/Life member of VFW Post 1337 Mount Prospect Illinois. Thank you so much...

Our company has used Pin Pros Plus for a few orders now. Their attention to detail and quick responses make the ordering process so smooth and easy. I am especially appreciative to Adam Mathias, who has helped us with all of our orders in the past and ensured that everything comes out to our liking.

Very easy company to work with. The products have turned out great and the turnaround has been good. Communication has made all of our transactions go smoothly.

The quality of the coin they produced was incredible. From the initial proof to the communication and shipping, the service was fast, detailed, and incredible. I couldn’t be happier with this experience and the product!

I've worked with other pin manufacturers before, but PinProsPlus' customer service was top notch and their proofs and patience were matched by their production. The pins turned out beautifully, helping me realize my vision!

Great customer service, fast quote/design turnaround and pins arrived on time.

The customer service was great and easy. It was easy to get the ideas in to a design. The coin was very clean and high end looking.

I have ordered with PinProsPlus multiple times for my company events. I typically work with Adam Mathias, and he is extremely helpful and responsive. He provides recommendations to make the order better, answers in a timely manner, and ensures the quality of the product.
The product always comes out to be exact as pictured.
PinProsPlus is a trusted partner that we continue to use for future events.

We've been ordering from PinProsPlus for years, and have always been extremely happy with their work. Their team is professional, extremely responsive and very helpful, and our orders are always done in a timely manner and to all of our specifications. Couldn't be more satisfied with them!

Adam made my reorder as easy as possible and provided exceptional customer service that isn't the norm anymore. When I was having trouble with online ordering and seeing my proof, Adam emailed me with the appropriate questions and ordered them for me and followed up with the invoice in minutes. I'll order all future pins from PinProsPlus!
