PinProsPlus Reviews

Excellent customer service by Adam. Superb quality of coins. 100% recommended.

Very responsive customer service and the quality of the coins was outstanding! Highly recommend.

Working with PinProsPlus was a great experience. They accommodated several order changes to make sure we were completely happy. The final product arrived looking exactly like the proofs, and the quality is outstanding for the price. Even better, when the shipping carrier made an error, PinProsPlus stepped in and resolved the issue immediately, even though it wasn't their fault. Great customer service and a reliable business. We will absolutely order from them again!

From start to finish, working with PinProsPlus was an outstanding experience. Their team was professional, responsive, and attentive throughout the entire design and production process.

We worked together to create a custom lapel pin for the Irvington Police Department, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall quality were exceptional. The colors, metal finish, and design came out exactly as envisioned, and our Police Director was extremely pleased with the final product.

A special thank you to Adam and the PinProsPlus team for their patience, communication, and commitment to making sure every detail was right. They made the entire process easy and enjoyable.

I highly recommend PinProsPlus to any law enforcement agency, organization, or business looking for high-quality custom pins. We were so impressed with the results that we'll definitely be working with them again very soon on future projects.

Responsive and good quality. Adam was super responsive. There was a small issue and the team was quick to resolve. Really appreciate it. The coins themselves are great quality and the team was helpful in finalizing the designs.

This is a re-order because the quality of the pins was fabulous. I appreciate the speedy service and excellent communication as well.

Great product. Really happy with the customer service.

I have been working with PinProsPlus on a military coin for veteran alum for Louisiana State University Shreveport. The staff and sales team have been available prompt and courteous in every interaction and communication we have had. Working with a state university can take time and red tape. PinPros has assisted every step of the way with graciousness for our business.

After four months since my first contact with PinPros, I have just received our custom coins. The extended time frame was in no part due to PinPros and wholey on the red tape of purchasing with a state facility. That being said once the official order was in the coins were delivered in record time and exceeded my expectations.

This will be a great addition to our commencement celebrations and honoring our veteran students with their own LSUS branded challenge coins. I look forward to doing business with Rebecca and Adam from the PinPros team for years to come.

We have used PinProsPlus for many years. The customer service is great. They have been very helpful in making changes to the product that they make for us. After speaking with them about their pricing structure - they were quick to be able to negotiate a price that was manageable for our budget, and honoring our relationship as a return customer. They always provide a quick payment option, and the turnaround for receiving the product is predictable and accurate. Good people doing good work!

This is a great company to deal with. Quick to respond, fast to provide options on the design and make adjustments. Our order was delivered and exceeded our expectations!

Once expectations were clarified, Adam was great and timely in presenting my options for the best outcome. I am really pleased with my patches and would recommend using this company.

Great customer service and listened to our needs. Our pins feel good to the touch and looks expensive!

I sent an imperfect sketch and they made a nice design of it. BUT they did NOT communicate with me to better understand the details of the sketch nor the selection process we employed. I had to repeatedly send corrections via email; finally I was told another change would cost me more. Never prior any indication of change limits. Finally, the pins look GREAT.

Been working with Pin Pros Plus for years. They've always done an excellent job with my pins! Would absolutely recommend them.

clear and fast communication, great service. my solid recommendation

Quick response when I had a rush job and needed a quote. Good quick communication about the project, and they were able to accomodate our deadline. Plus our pins got done earlier than even expected.

My entire experience with PinsProsplus has been nothing short of phenomenal. The entire team is amazing; they are very responsive to calls, text messages and emails. There hasn’t been anytime that I’ve called, text or sent an email that I did not receipt a prompt response. Their customer service is second to none. I look forward to continuing doing business with them. Thank you PinsProPlus…we love our pins.

After 28 years of military service, I have received and ordered countless challenge coins of every type and design imaginable. Because of that experience, I can honestly say that the challenge coin produced by Pin Pros Plus exceeded my expectations in every way.

I provided them with a concept and vision for what I wanted for our Sons of Thunder Boxing Club's Operation Overlord: D-Day Fight Night event, and they transformed that vision into reality. The craftsmanship is exceptional, with outstanding detail, impressive relief, vibrant color matching, and high-quality materials throughout. The finished product looks and feels premium, and the attention to detail is evident from the moment you hold it in your hand.

I could not be more pleased with the final result. Pin Pros Plus delivered a coin that not only met my expectations but surpassed them. If you are looking for a company that takes pride in its work and produces a truly outstanding challenge coin, I highly recommend Pin Pros Plus.
