Festive Fireside is gorgeous!
I always look forward to a Pintail delivery! I ordered a Christmas scent plus two candles that were on offer. Unfortunately, even though the box was fine, the Christmas candle (gift) arrived a little scuffed in transit. The sale ones (for me) were perfect! It’s good that Pintail use biodegradable chips to pack, but I feel the candles could be in a smaller box so less likely to move around. The scents are lovely.

I first bought a Pintail Candle 20 years ago (Patchouli and Tibetan Musk) from a department store, fell in love with the fragrance, and now buy directly. Wonderful candles, with a really great, long-lasting fragrance. Quality product!

Antwoord van Pintail Candles
Hello Lauraine, it is sad to see you write such an unjustified review which misleadingly places blame at the wrong door, especially given that you never contacted us before writing it, and given that you have ignored our attempt to reach out to you privately after you wrote it. Our team went above and beyond to ship you your order early and successfully achieved this.
Royal Mail were unable to deliver it to you on the first attempt and I can see from the tracking data that as soon as you provided updated delivery instructions they delivered it to you the very next day.
I see this is not the first time you have attacked a business because of your disgruntlement with a courier. May I suggest if you have an issue with Royal Mail or DPD, or any shipping company, that you should leave the negative review on their Trustpilot page, not on the page of the small business who worked hard and gave you excellent service?
Love these candles
