The burn time was given as 70hours. I got a maximum of 40hours.
The 4 wicks were unevenly distributed so the candle burned unevenly.
Very disappointed.

My Isle of Wight tomato pott, candle and match pott arrived yesterday and I absolutely love it, the colour, smell, I'm so chuffed with it. I got the refil in tropic and cook and the smell is divine. Loved the concept and the product.

The oud candle is the most disappointing candle I’ve ever bought from Pott.
I lit the grand candle this evening for the first time and having burned it for the last five hours I still can’t smell it !!
I feel it’s been a complete waste of money ☹️

I love the idea of a refillable candle and my first order arrived promptly and was nicely packaged. The problem is that the candle has virtually no scent — which is the opposite how it is marketed. My husband actually said ‘oh, you’ve bought an unscented candle’.
I have subscribed to the monthly refill scheme and will give Pott Candles another chance but if the next candle is similarly scent-free, I’ll cancel my subscription.

I was very excited about the prospect of having one of these candles, but the excitement was short lived. Even though the dimensions are in the description, the 4 wick (called large) candle is actually much smaller than I expected. The pot is ok but nothing special and the candle is burning quickly, but twice I’ve had to rescue the wicks from curling into the wax. The scent (orange) is OK but not as fresh smelling as I was expecting, and overall, I think poor value for the £89 spent. Very disappointed.

What a company the candles are amazing and last and the potts are truly amazing and look stylish in any room when the candle is lit even for a few hours the smell is divine.
We had an issue with an order and the team went above and beyond to get the issue sorted.

I recently bought the new autumn edition (grand) and while the candle Pott is lovely and the candle scent is very nice, two of the wicks were short. On the first burn (which I do for at least 4 hours) the candle tunneled to such a degree I had to wrap it in foil to try to make the burn even. One of the wicks burnt out, then a second. It now has two useable wicks and is uneven. For the cost I’m extremely disappointed by it.

Perfect treat....The delivery and packaging was really lovely, the smells and the pots are perfect and i couldnt but order more. I would recommend this to all my friends.

Actually I am quite disappointed. The 4 wick candle has not burnt evenly and I now have half the candle with wicks I I’ll have to dig out. I am not sure they are worth the money or the hype. The product hasn’t lived up to my expectations.
