The candles are smaller than it looked like on the illustration so wish I’d gone for standard size. But fragrance is lovely

Disappointing Experience
I ordered a candle 10 days ago and was given a Royal Mail tracking number. Since then, the tracking has continued to show that although the seller has marked the item as dispatched and created a shipping label, Royal Mail has still not received the parcel.
I emailed a few days ago asking for this to be looked into and was told that it would be. Three days later, I’ve had no further response and Royal Mail still hasn’t received the item. I have since since sent another email chasing for information and asking for a refund and that has not been replied to.
Given the cost - £18 for a small refill candle - I would have expected much better customer service and communication. Very disappointing

Scents and sensibility
Excellent item, and extremely high quality customer service and fulfilment.
have confidence in this brand - their product is better than expected, excellent quality, high attention to details and a very reassuring and small scale manufacturer to shop with - I’m a repeat customer now and suspect will be for some time. The candles rival the very expensive market leaders - in everything except price. Plus it’s a representing a sensible refillable solution to an expensive single use flooded market - couldn’t recommend more highly.
