Not only was his initial report comprehensive, but he also displayed kindness by answering my follow-up questions, even a month after delivering the report. He guided me on how to ensure the seller completed the fixes in the flat with good quality. I'm highly satisfied with his service.

It has been a very pleasant experience working with Joseph. It was very easy to communicate with him. He responded to emails very quickly and scheduled the survey within less than 24 hours. We hired Pinta Investment to survey our new maisonette in Fulham. Mr Rocafort evaluated the property and provided a report that spotted multiple issues ( crack in a non accessible outside wall, roof tiles not installed properly etc…), that needed to be fixed by the seller. The report was very comprehensive and well structured. All issues have been fixed and now we moved in. On top of that Joseph Rocafort, our surveyor was very friendly.

Joseph completed a very thorough review. His report went into great detail and highlighted were of possible concern. We then had a conversation, where he fielded all my questions, and answered very clearly.

Joseph carried out the survey within a couple of days, and provided an initial phonecall of results and later the full written survey. He was very helpful and it was all easy to understand.
