I bought 2 diesel t shirts which took ages to be delivered and when they turned up they didn't look like what I had saw online. The quality wasn't good and the logos are tacky and cheap looking. One of the t shirts was the wrong colour and when I tried to ask for a refund they only offered a 10% discount of next order. Absolutely horrendous company to deal with and the customer care team are not good either and they were absolutely not going issue me an offer of a refund after me telling them more than once I wasn't happy so I was pretty much wasting my time so a warning to others, be very wary of what you are thinking about buying from this company. Very disappointed with the treatment and now stuck with 2 t shirts that have left me out of pocket.

Ho acquistato 2 “FELPE”, ripeto vendute come FELPE con stampato il nome, arrivano a casa 2 stracci di tessuto sintetico sottilissimo, in controluce guardandola dal davanti si vedeva la stampa sulla schiena, il rimborso non lo fanno, continuando a rimbalzarti da una pagina all’altra senza poi risolvere nulla ed essendo un prodotto personalizzato non accettano resi e per loro il materiale rientra nei loro standard

Ganz schlechter Laden. Kassieren Geld und senden dir nur Schrott. Billigste China Ware. Nach Reklamation sagen die zwar zu das du dein Geld zurück bekommst,
dann aber nur ausreden. Nach 6 Wochen immer noch keine Erstattung des Kaufpreises

Pessima esperienza Ho acquistato un astuccio sprayground,ma continuo a ricevere email in cui mi viene richiesto di sostituire l'articolo acquistato con un astuccio con fiori e pappagalli. Nonostante le mie risposte negative le email continuano ad arrivare. Da considerare il fatto che sul sito l'astuccio sprayground è ancora in vendita per cui non capisco il motivo della proposta. Ho anche chiesto il rimborso ma la risposta è sempre proposta di fiori e pappagalli.

I initially received a damaged item. The packaging was poor quality and had ripped in transit. I requested a replacement for the damaged item, but the replacement never arrived. I have now requested a refund.

Review:
I ordered 100% cotton t-shirts because I cannot wear synthetic fabrics. Instead, I received shirts mixed with polyester, which are completely useless to me. I urgently need the correct 100% cotton shirts for a concert on October 8th, 2026. Printerval sent the wrong product and is now stalling and delaying the resolution of this issue. Time is running out, and their customer service is doing nothing to fix their mistake.

Non è arrivata la maglietta che avevo scelto: Fit donna, colore fucsia, cotone leggero. Ma bensì questa: Fit uomo, bianca , cotone pesantissimo!!!

Ordered a personalised garden plaque as a gift and basically received a stick with a photo on it for £17

Sent a cheap and nasty piece of plastic which was nothing like the description of the customised garden gnome novelty gift described and pictured. I should have known better.

I ordered a L shirt for my husband who usually wears M. They sent a child shirt: I wear S size and can hardly fit in. I had waited weeks to receive this gift; I was so very disappointed. I read that most give Pinterval one star!

If I could leave 0 I would awful company totally avoid put pictures on website that totally do not arrive like it !! Awful customer service !! Terrible quality to and was meant to be a gift for my grandson !

Ordered a specific printed baby grow , delivered eventually a completely different one and to return it is such a faff

SCAM! They sent me a blank shirt with no print on it and ignored my help requests / tickets. So yup, a scam. Got my money back through paypal.

Do not use, ordered over a month ago and hasn’t arrived, offered £3 credit for next purchase

I ordered from printerval back at the start of January.

The tracking said my items were delivered on the 26th of January which was not the case. So I contacted them on the 27th of january and explained this. I was told it was still in transit and just to wait and provided the same tracking link saying it was delivered. When I replied i waited weeks for a reply. Where now I was told it was delivered on the 26th as the tracking link said and as I had told them weeks before. Its been nearly 2 months since I ordered. I got a picture of delivery showing a front door that isnt mine and Printerval just keep telling me to check neighbours ( which i have done) and check the post office who I have called.

Even if you see good reviews on here you are taking a risk because they will not do anything now. Ive paid tyem and they wont give my money back despite me not recieving the items.

Non comprate su questo sito! Ho ordinato 3 zerbini e ho pagato anche per la spedizione veloce. La merce sarebbe dovuta arrivare il 30 dicembre, ma non solo non è arrivata, non ha risposto nessuno alle mie richieste di supporto. Sicuramente è una truffa!

They were split into 2 shipments. The first arrived on about 12/18/24.
The second has not arrived yet.
Pinterval has basically ignored my request for help and a refund.
This is a company to avoid purchasing from.
They have no care about their customers.

Ordered an extra large sweatshirt but was sent a child's one, tried to get details of how to return and exchange for correct size but got no replies despite their website lyingabout how wonderful their customer services were.Dont buy from this company.
