Printeval Reviews

Note 6 (schlechter geht nicht).
Ich bleib dran!

Buongiorno

Cheaply and poorly constructed jersey, my son waited eagerly for weeks , parcel was late due to delays that they post the moment you pay..suddenly they have a large backorder sorry lolol
Dont waste your money..my 11 yr old won't be again..their site lies also and says they have 4 or 5 star trustpilot reviews..FAKE FAKE FAKE.

It's the worst company. Since August 23 I ordered a backpack for millet and it is still the date that I do not receive the product and they do not want to refund me my money is abusive. I don't recommend buying here to anyone, it's the worst company ever seen.

DO NOT USE this company!! absolute rip off ...the product received came in shabby polysterein packaging ..looked absolutly shocking quality rubbish ( it was a greygoose 30th anniversery glass) ..customer service pretty much non exsistant......email after email and hardly any reply and NOreturn address for refunds! Shocking

You are a total disgrace your products are poorly made and I'm really unhappy with your customer service your a pitiful company. Terrible products and customer service is a joke.

Please don’t purchase anything from this company. This company is a scam. Look at all the reviews for this company!!!

Oczekiwałam zwykłej, sprawnej wymiany produktu, a zostałam pozostawiona bez satysfakcjonującego rozwiązania. Nie polecam zakupów w tym sklepie!!!

On the advert they say football Jersey and shorts but no shorts arrived, after numerous emails with added pictures etc they have tried to say order is for Jersey only. They just keep going around in circles hoping you will give up.

I orders a glass for a birthday gift, in the picture it shows it’s in a woddern box,
It arrives in a cardboard box.
The glass its self is awful quality.

Honestly do not purchase from here it is not the standard you think your receiving

We are very disappointed with the plaque that we received from your company. We expected the largest size that we selected to be the size of the figure rather than the total size, including the stake that will be covered by soil. Therefore the figure is half the size anticipated. The plaque is not a good representation of the photograph submitted, the figure now wearing a pink hat, not green, showing hair the wrong colour and facially not a good likeness. On one side it shows the figure with ‘Lu,s Garden’ on the base and on the reverse, it is still a front elevation of the figure, but the wording on the base is the wrong way round.

Apparently this company has no problem stealing other people's artwork. I just happened to see one of my EXACT designs and mockup photos on their website. It is a product I posted to Etsy several weeks ago - was surprised to see it pop up on Google/Printerval ad. Having to steal other people's work - very sad statement for this company.

If I could give a zero I would! Do not trust this bs company. I ordered a backpack set of 3 (french team personalized) for my boy and they took for ever to send me a tracking number and when they did it was just to tell me they didn't had the items and they wanted to change it for some ugly cheap looking girl items. Plus the delay was of 25 more days..basically nothing made sense. Just don't spend your time or money....not a site to trust

I order a Elvis rings did not receive it getting the run around from them for a refund do not bye any thing from them John campolo

Bought what I thought was a 3d figure what turned up was a bit of plastic with a picture stuck on it. What made it worst was they used the picture but changed our faces. I will never use this site again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ordered a 3D figure and what came was a lump of black plastic. Customer services were terrible and I am still awaiting a refund. Reported to Google advertising, would suggest everyone does the same to get them shut down.

Absolutely a Scam company.
I bought a music album for immediate download. Used PayPal, who acknowledged receipt, so, all to the good up you then. But there download link does not work. It says ice paid for it & will deliver soon ... Urhh! How can you post a download link g it says it'll be ready for immediate downloading.
So pls treat this company as an out & out exercise in simply Scammers who should be treated accordingly.
In other words, useless.
Oh, yes, I forgot to mention that I emailed them too & got no replies.

Received an order printed in the wrong color (white ink instead of black). Contacted customer service, supplied photos and description. Nothing in return and my order erased from my profile. No refund, no replacement. Complete rip-off. Avoid.

DO NOT BUY OR BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY....I would give it NO Stars if I could...they advertised send photo and get a gnome....they send a small resin stick with a photo that looks similar to the photo you send them...they charged me over 17.99 plus 4.99 postage.AND THE SIZE INCLUDES THE STICK PART, NOT JUST THE PHOTO IMAGE ....YOU DO NOT GET A GNOME....I noticed they have recently changed the advert to say resin stick. I dont seem to be the only one who was expecting a gnome and only received a cheap stick. It was supposed to say Sue's garden' but just says Sue's. I have asked for a refund d but don't hold much hope.

SCAM, All reviews (68) rate 0 stars. (2) rated 4 or 5 stars are not possibly real.

My order was a Vietnam veteran helicopter wind spinner
(for the garden). I got (after 6 weeks) a piece of tin with decal. The product picture showed it as a three dimensional model. What they did was had AI modify a a picture of the decal to make it to look real.
