Like many others, ordered two weeks ago and the shirt says it had finally shipped. They supposedly list a 5-10 business day production time, but that’s pretty absurd. I ordered another shirt custom from another online retailer and got it in half the time. Disappointing. Wouldn’t order again unless I didn’t need it for 3-4 weeks.

I ordered and received my two shirts and was very happy with them. One shirt however, was too big for my step daughter so I needed to exchange it. This was no problem and I am awaiting my exchange. I would definitely buy from them again but I'm waiting for v-neck shirts.

I can't believe that this company has anything other than 5 stars! The shirts are of excellent quality and really comfortable. They were immediately responsive by email and addressed a small issue that I had. Would definitely recommend highly

TLDR: 4 stars because the T-shirts are great and supersoft. BUT. Issues with comminication and website doesn't make clear that shirts are printed to order.

Update: the shirts have held up well to several washings, none of the typical issues of some printed-to-order shirts where the print peels. They are still soft, and still fit great, so I'm happy with them.

So, first - they do not answer the phone; it's just a recording directing you to email them. However! They are responsive via email. (There was an issue with my order and they were able to fix it before shipping; it did take two days for an initial email response, but once we were in communication they responded quickly every time after.)

That said, they absolutely NEED to update their website to make clear the shirts are NOT in stock. If you come to the site from an ad, like I did, it doesn't say anywhere on the product pages that they are printed to order.

I'm okay with sites that print to order, but it's a totally different experience than ordering something in stock. And it seems to be the cause of a lot of confusion and frustration (and bad reviews).

That said, the shirts I ordered are supersoft and really nice. So, overall takeaway is that this is likely a decent small company that just needs to be more honest/upfront about how they work.

I'll see how the shirts hold up over time and update again later on. (UPDATED)

Placed on order for some shirts for Mother's Day on 4/29. No where does it says shipping will be in two weeks unless you specifically click the shipping info. It is now 5/15 and my order still hasn't shipped. I was sent a tracking notification on 5/11, but the tracking continues to show only a label was created. I keep reaching out to customer service and receive a reply in 2 days saying my order was shipped and the tracking will update within 72 hours. Well, it's been over 72 hours and still hasn't changed. I don't believe all the 5 star reviews on their website.
Update: Customer Service finally decided to put through another order since the first one never showed shipping. Would've had to wait another 2 weeks plus shipping for that order to arrive, making it over a month to get some simple shirts. Asked them to cancel my order and refund my money, which they finally did.

I absolutely would not order a shirt from here. The customer service is not to be found anywhere. I ordered my t shirt a week and a half ago, I will not get it for another 7 days if I'm lucky. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I also love every review on their site is 5 star. I can't leave a review there

They have really cute bookish and seasonal tee shirts, both short and long sleeves. I have eight long sleeves and four short sleeves. I wear these shirts all the time. They have sort of become part of my casual uniform. I have received many compliments because they are so dang cute and cozy. I wash them inside out on delicate and low tumble dry. They all still look brand new, despite being laundered more than 25 times in some instances. I have never had to contact customer service because all orders have been received in the 10-day window promised and the quality is very good. My only wish is that all of the designs available in short sleeves were available in long sleeves as well.

Purchased on 7/28. Confirmation email came immediately. The email stated the following:

"Our current shipping timeline is 5-10 business days.

note: piper+ivy tees now have a sticky tag inside the collar. Please remove the tag before washing!"

I received shipping confirmation email on 8/4. Item arrived on 8/9.

Shirts run large but that's ok.

Order arrived not in the time frame given. Shirts come with a sticky tag that didn’t peel off all the way. Customer service was difficult to reach. Shirts are very thin
And run very very very big!! I would have rather had my order canceled or refunded!!

I ordered from this company on December 10, 2024. On December 12th I realized my order would not be here for Christmas. I contacted the company asking if I could change one of the shirts as it was a christmas-themed shirt for a Christmas present. I was told that my order was already in process and that was not possible. At that time on their site my order still read unprocessed.

On December 27th I again contacted the company, asking that since my order had not yet shipped could I change that one shirt. I received reply on December 31st saying that she and her mom were going to the warehouse to pack orders. Because my order was in the fulfillment process the shirt could not be changed. At this point I was also told that their order of shirts had finally arrived.

On January 2nd I received a notification that some of my order had shipped. I did receive the three shirts that I ordered. On January 18th I received the stickers that I had ordered.

At this point I wrote a review on the company's website. Today I went to look for that review. It is not on the site. The only reviews that are on the site are five-star reviews. The company brags about the number of reviews that it has. I noticed several that had similar wording. Also, the same person wrote a review on each of their items. This bumps their numbers.

My shirts are great. However, I I think this company lacks transparency and honesty.

Great t shirts with good logos. Soft and comfy.
