I had a little trouble getting the size of my printing right and the person I was in contact with was so helpful and helped me get things resolved easily. When the wine levels arrived I was reslly impressed with the paper and standard of printing. Thank you for a great service.

We tried pixart printing for the first time for some event flyers. The offer we used was excellent value. When the order arrived, the stacks of leaflets were in a box with room to move around in transit, so all of the top and bottom leaflets (around 10-20) on each stack were bent and crumpled at the corners. As we had more than we needed it didn't matter, but if I had paid full price and wanted to use all of the product I had paid for I would have been disappointed. It's a shame as a bit more attention to packaging to ensure they arrived in a better condition would have made us more inclined to use again.

When making my order, the preview showed by the system displayed that everything was correct, and the poster and pamphlets I requested would follow the design I provided. Nonetheless, due to the importance of this order for my work, I opted for the extra service of "PRO Check & Fix", in hopes that it would guarantee that any issues with the design would be flagged during production and either fixed or I would be contacted for adjustments.

The order arrived 9 days later (which is the time I requested and the maximum time allowed between ordering and delivery). However, instead of using the design I provided, I received a poster that was fully black and 500 pamphlets that were also fully black. I immediately checked my order on the store's online system and saw that my design had been replaced by a fully black image. I then contacted customer support, who promptly informed me that indeed my original design was received without any issues, but that, for some reason unknown even to them, it was replaced during production by a fully black image. As it was a Sunday, they informed me that management and production were unavailable, so there was no way to find out what happened. They offered a reimbursement or a future similar order for free as compensation. As I had scheduled the delivery for the date I would use the material (I was traveling for an international conference in Glasgow, so this was the most convenient method), the first day of my work event was now irreparably ruined. I requested that they re-do my order and deliver on the following day in the morning.

The next day, customer service informed me that processing and delivering my order on short notice was impossible and that the fastest they could deliver would be on the following Friday, 5 days later. As the event would be over by then and I would not even be in the country, the material would be useless at that date. Being informed of that, they offered me, on top of a reimbursement, a 50% discount on any future orders.

No explanation was given as to why my order was ruined and my design was replaced (an action that the company admits was their fault). No explanation was given as to why, despite even paying extra for their "PRO File Check & Fix," no one in the production chain thought it was weird to print a fully black poster and 500 fully black pamphlets. The reimbursement given is the bare minimum in this case, and their offer of a discount on a future order is a laughable insult. Furthermore, their refusal to re-do my order in an expedited fashion is also shocking handling (perhaps they were prioritizing other orders).

Due to this, my work event was ruined. My company's image by those attending the conference, was damaged. The fee my company paid to present at this event (US$6000) was wasted. And my bosses' opinion of my work was also significantly hurt.

They are lucky I did not pursue further legal action.

Very competitive pricing. However, their uploader managed to cut the image I sent to have made up into a window decal. No obvious option to contact someone prior to ordering. Paid £5 extra for the job to be assessed & contacted if any issues with image. No contact after receiving an email stating the job was going to print. Contacted customer service to state the issue, informed that they had identified the issue & reassured they had fixed it. Very slow postage & when decal arrived of course it was the cropped version. It's still usable & not too expensive but not overly impressed.

I ordered some personalized business cards last year and was very disappointed with the poor quality of the cut. All the edges were rough and "cheap-looking," making them completely unusable. After raising the issue with customer service, I was offered a partial refund in the form of a store credit.
I decided to use that credit last week to order "thank you cards" for a wedding. Unfortunately, history repeated itself: all the edges are incredibly rough and entirely unsuitable for use. To compare, I ordered the exact same cards via VistaPrint, and the difference in quality is night and day—they are smooth-cut and perfect.
Based purely on the product quality, I would have given this company a 1-star rating. However, because their customer service team was actually very helpful when I needed assistance with the design phase, I have added a second star.
That being said, I was willing to accept the first order as a one-off mistake but since it has happened a second time, it seems this poor product finish is the norm for this company. They simply do not take the same care in their physical work as competitors like VistaPrint, and I will not be using or recommending them again.
