Great service apart from the packaging.
Very fast and efficient service however, the packaging used was a cardboard sleeve about three times the size of the sign, as the sign was loose in this sleeve it had moved about in transit and two of the corners were slightly bent. I’m sure I can straighten it out but some corner protectors and correct size packaging would have prevented the issue.

Found this company via a web search, uploaded my artwork, paid my money, but then Pxart contacted me to inform me the resolution of my image was to low ( they could have printed what I had sent them) but working with the team they helped me get the best image I could , tell you the truth did not know what expect, as it was my artwork my issue , When It arrived i am so impressed , did not expect anything like what pixart printed for me . would recommend. This is a genuine review.

The print quality itself is good, and I'm happy with how the graphics were produced. However, the communication throughout the process could have been much better.
The final printed size wasn't what I expected, and despite paying for the artwork checking service, there was no clear confirmation of how the finished product would actually look. The most frustrating part was not being able to preview the final design, including its size and layout, before the order was printed.
A proof or final preview for customer approval would have helped avoid any misunderstandings and given much greater confidence before production. The printing quality is good, but the overall ordering experience would be significantly improved with better communication and a proper final proofing process.

Absolutely fantastic
Ordering was super straightforward, delivery was even earlier than expected and the print was fantastic. We were really pressed for time to get our display board printed and delivered in time for an opening event and this couldn't have gone any smoother. Thank you!

Loss of confidence
I have relied on Pixartprinting to supply custom labels for my granola brand for the past 2 years and I have been very happy with their quality. On this occasion there have been 3 attempts to produce a variant on the packaging and they have come too small, too big and twice with the same misprint. After assurances that a full investigation has been done and checks in place, the same obvious size and misprint issue persist. Delays and lack of care on behalf of Pixartprinting have cost my business orders.

Terrible company.
Terrible company.
Having been a loyal customer for over 3 years, my last order has truly made me reconsider.
The customer service is absolutely atrocious; they are so dismissive and unhelpful.
Ordering error- had to contact them on two separate occasions to correct.
Preview error- couldn't download proofs, which delayed the delivery.
Printing error- prints showed up with only one side foiled despite my selecting double sided.
Customer service error- a total of 5 agents have now promised me a reply and failed to actually follow up.
Awful company. AVOID!

i am not very technical so uploading…
i am not very technical so uploading our design and getting it to fit the size we needed for our van i found quite difficult. there was only a one way stretch from the corners. it took me a lot of going back to alter our design and back on your site to get it right.
