Pixartprinting UK Reviews

Ordering was painless. The goods were delivered on time and the quality is very high.

Great service, fast production and delivery.

We have had the occasional issue with shipping carriers and a couple of misprints, but these problems have always been rectified/refunded.

Product was really poor, wouldn’t order again

Love the quality, the website was easy to use. Only problem is when I received my business cards, they were cut in a way that meant the design wasn't central and it's quite noticeable because my design had a border on so it's uneven around the edges.

Great product, great service, great price! Can’t argue with that!

Quality

I sent a poor template which was not very clear but the only copy i had, The printing team sent it back updating mine and provided a much clearer and almost perfect print, which i thank them for.

I have just started my own little business. I wasn't expecting high quality business cards for about £20 for 1000 cards (but that was fine for my needs) but they are brilliant and look lovely! The design tool is a little clunky but perfectly workable for my simple design.
Also, I had an issue with my promo code not working and when I contacted them they sorted it in less than a minute!
Will definitely reorder when I need more business cards and will also now look at other products.

Ordered a custom sized print on perspex - order and upload process was straightforward, instructions for artwork creation were specific and the provided template helpful. The print arrived on the scheduled delivery date, well packaged and the quality met my expectations.

I was really impressed with Pixart and the speed and attention to detail they had with my order. We ordered bi (A0 sized!) panels for our reception area and we're so pleased with them. The quality is fantastic, and the two occasions I needed to call them (one for pre-sales information, the other because one item arrived damaged) their customer service was amazing. The damaged board was replaced within days so we could still meet our install deadline.

Quick service and good quality

Item not delivered. (But says delivered on DHL!)

I have used Pixartprinting for over ten years and continue to come back to them. They offer a great product, have excellent design support services and consistently deliver on time.

fast and reliable

Invaluable assistance with finalising the artwork for printing, followed by updates all the way and speedy production/ delivery.

Really fabulous service at an incredible price. What a find! I am delighted.

Fantastic product. I have used many adhesive vinyls before but this was the best and easiest to apply by far. I ordered a wall sticker in the easy mount and true to its word, applied perfectly without any bubbles or ridges. Print quality is great too. Will definitely use for all future orders.

good quality, nice printing.

We ordered two welcome posters (foam boards) and a paper poster for our wedding and we were SO happy with the results! They arrived on time, the foam boards were beautifully packaged and of great quality. The paper poster had the smallest tear in it but was not an issue.

Really easy to order - pleased with the products. Would recommend. Thank you

Efficiency, support. All round customer care, even when I struggled with the upload, their customer services staff we on-line to help me and when the courier left leaflet on my doorstep in the rain, they compensated me and said they would raise this with the courier. Good old fashion all round customer services. 5 stars.
