Extremely disappointing experience with Pixartprinting across two brochure orders.

For my first order, I supplied print-ready PDFs and even paid extra for their file-checking service. Despite this, the brochures arrived with the printer’s border/crop marks visible. That is exactly the kind of error I expected the paid check to prevent.

With my second order, Pixartprinting moved the delivery date to the following week—too late for the event the brochures were ordered for. I immediately asked to cancel, but they refused because the order was already “in production.”

What made matters worse was that customer support claimed the delay happened because I had uploaded an image late. This was incorrect: the image was uploaded at the time I placed the order. I found it extremely frustrating to be given false information instead of an honest explanation or a practical solution.

Two orders, two serious problems, and poor handling by customer support. Based on my experience, I would not trust Pixartprinting with anything time-sensitive or important.

Great quality product. Seem less transaction. However, the lack of instructions made things difficult to start with. Please with the finish though.

Excellent quality print, fast shipping—it even arrived a day early. Excellent!

I routinely order with Pixart, however recently every order I've placed has required reprint. This is because despite the file preview showing desired results, and paying for the extra quality check / fix anyway, the print team do not print black properly and it comes out grey on the first print.

Not good enough for a professional service. How can customers rely on you? If black is a problem, make it clear what you can and can't do up front, or do it properly.

We have had the occasional issue with shipping carriers and a couple of misprints, but these problems have always been rectified/refunded.

Product was really poor, wouldn’t order again

Love the quality, the website was easy to use. Only problem is when I received my business cards, they were cut in a way that meant the design wasn't central and it's quite noticeable because my design had a border on so it's uneven around the edges.

I sent a poor template which was not very clear but the only copy i had, The printing team sent it back updating mine and provided a much clearer and almost perfect print, which i thank them for.

I have just started my own little business. I wasn't expecting high quality business cards for about £20 for 1000 cards (but that was fine for my needs) but they are brilliant and look lovely! The design tool is a little clunky but perfectly workable for my simple design.
Also, I had an issue with my promo code not working and when I contacted them they sorted it in less than a minute!
Will definitely reorder when I need more business cards and will also now look at other products.

Ordered a custom sized print on perspex - order and upload process was straightforward, instructions for artwork creation were specific and the provided template helpful. The print arrived on the scheduled delivery date, well packaged and the quality met my expectations.
