Scam, scam, scam! Same story as all the other reviews. Did a free trial then cancelled immediately. I even checked that I had no saved subscriptions. There were no emails to confirm that I had a subscription. I even deleted the app off my phone and didn’t give this any more thought at the time . Several months later noticed I have been paying monthly- £30 per month for subscription I hadn’t authorised. I am now dealing with this through my bank to raise a dispute.

Signed up for this app and immediately on the same day cancelled my subscription, obviously within trial period. I even received an email confirmation of my cancellation so thought all was good. But, next month, suddenly I see a payment to them on my bank account!! We ask for cashback so hopefully all is fine, but then this month, again a payment to them! This is not ok. Can anyone help me solve this please? If this will be handled properly then I will update this comment and change my review stars.

Their customer support replied adequately to my issue and solved it promptly in a very correct and friendly manner. Happy with how smooth and swift they solved my issue.

They robbing me. I had cancelled my suscriptions after a month, but they still taking my money monthly. It has been 4 months now!!! Please help me find a solution

SCAM Cancelled free trial and I was still charged . It’s such a con so confusing and then $39 taken from my account when it even said I wasn’t subscribed. . BEWARE OF SCAM

Don’t act like you don’t know what you are doing. Look at all the reviews here. You are an absolute fraud and every person behind this company should end up in jail for stealing peoples money. Disgusting !!!!

I already spent days going back and forth with your support team and was repeatedly denied a refund despite clearly explaining the situation. Publicly acting understanding now after refusing to help privately does not change the experience I had!!! They keep replying to the reviews here acting all understanding but when you email them they're terrible people!!! Please do not be fooled people! Stop replying and acting that you'll do anything useful I've already emailed you guys back and forth multiple times only to be met with your '14 days already passed' b.s excuse!

Your support team repeatedly hid behind policy wording while ignoring the core issue: users are being enrolled into two overlapping subscription tiers from a single signup flow, which any reasonable person clearly finds misleading. The fact that multiple reviews describe the exact same confusion says a lot. Why would someone have to cancel free trial twice when you clicked one button for the free trial you scammers!

I’m honestly just relieved I never have to deal with this scummy company again. GUYS PLEASE AVOID THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

Below was my original review. But they did make things right so I want to make sure to update my review honestly. After posting this, Pixtuner refunded me for everything. So I may have been a bit harsh. It seems they are not a scam, but needed a little push to make right on the free trial. Thank you Pixtuner.

Honestly I wouldn’t even put 1 star but gotta put something. I can’t stand these companies that offer a 7-day free trial. I tried and cancelled after 1 day. I got charged. When I fought it, I received an email saying that I should have known that I was signing up for 2 memberships, a VIP AND basic. I cancelled the basic but not the VIP! Seriously? And the icing on the cake. They proceed to try to extend another free month to basic because apparently you can’t use VIP without basic. So I guess I cancelled Basic (supposedly knowing I had a second membership to VIP) and not VIP even though it was useless without Basic. Make it make sense! This is a horrible company.

CRIMINAL BILLING NETWORK – MULTIPLE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES

Do not let this developer, Mohammad Mahmudul Hasan, anywhere near your bank account. This is a coordinated scam designed to steal from you.
I sent a formal email to cancel my account, which they completely ignored. Despite revoking all authorization, they attempted to debit my account for $119.99 TWICE, and finally successfully stole $59.99. They use "dark patterns" in their apps specifically to ensure they can push through unauthorized charges.
Be warned: this developer operates a network of these predatory apps. If you see the names Mohammad Mahmudul Hasan or Matrix Solution, RUN. Other apps in this scam ring include:

• InSize App: Reel Video Maker 
• Screen Recorder - Dual Cam 
• Choozy: Random Finger Chooser 
My bank is now pursuing fraud charges against them. I have also reported this entire operation to the FTC and the Illinois Attorney General. Save yourself the headache and the bullshit—DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

Huge scam, they took money without consent and they changed even the subscription

Ich musst meine Karte sperren lassen da ich damals Apple Pay hinterlegt haben und über meine Bank die Zahlungen rückfordernd. Bei mir gibt es kein Kundenkonto wo ich kündigen kann. Extreme Betrugsmasche. Abbuchung über Abu Dhabi - wer weiß ob ich jemals das Geld zurückbekommen.

SCAM! Stay away from this platform/website/app. I thought i was being fun just testing it out for a free trial but was charged multiple times even after requesting cancellation, they claimed there were 2 different subscription and i had only cancelled one… of course non of that was actually transparent.
On top of that it doesn’t even work properly, a lot of my attempts ended in “transformation failed” with no explanation or solution.
I never leave reviews but honestly just hoping to save others from wasting money here.

Don’t subscribe, even after cancellation they will still charge you a recurring fee every month.

Шахраї! Списують кошти з картки після скасування підписки. Як це відбувається? Вони в чорну підписують тебе на іншу підписку (про це не написано ніде!). Потім доказують, що все написано і тд. Прийшлось блокувати карту…
ОНОВЛЕНО 18.03: Я написала в саппорт приватбанку минулого тижня та описала ситуацію, вони розглянули мою заявку та зареєстрували її в системі. Заявку віднесли до категорії шахрайства зі сторони pixtuner. Я так розумію вони подали запит на примусове відшкодування нелегально знятих коштів і о чудо, саппорт pixtuner написав мені зі сповіщенням, що відшкодують кошти. До того мої емейли просто ігнорувались.

absolute scam Company signed up for a Free Trial Beware Email Give Notice but still they Charge

My experience with Pixtuner was extremely frustrating and raises serious concerns about their subscription practices.
I asked to cancel my subscription by email on 22 February 2026 and again on 1 March 2026 because I never received any response. The website provides no clear cancellation policy, only a support email address that appears to be completely unresponsive.
I also cancelled the recurring payments twice, yet I later discovered that the subscription had been reactivated and another charge was processed anyway.
Only after several attempts was I finally able to cancel the subscription directly from the website. By that time, however, I had already been charged again.
Since the company ignored all my emails, I had no option but to contact my bank and open a dispute procedure.
A service that charges customers but does not respond to cancellation requests or support emails is highly problematic. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that people think twice before subscribing.

100% SCAM. SHIT SERVICE FOR $$$$$$$$$$$
