Not actually been inside the N4 location, but live local so I pass daily.
The unhygienic working practices of some of the staff are appalling.
This week alone I've witnessed one guy rubbing out his nostrils like a coke fiend before handling food, and another scratching the eczema on his elbows before handling napkins.
I'm so glad they have the food prep in the front window so these disgusting acts can be seen by the public.

We had such a great evening at Pizza Piligrims Kingly! Super delicious food and amazing service, although we had to wait for our order for quite some time. Anyway, great place for pizza lovers. Highly recommend.

Thanks @pizzapilgrims for the vouchers for to try your pizza in a pan pizza!! We chose the wild mushroom and truffle and it was insane!! I probably made it a bit too small but the dough was light and fluffy and the flavour combinations were just gorgeous! So quick and easy to make too! I'll defo be recommending it to clients!

Bad place. Not the establishment you want to take your family

I discovered PP PITP during Lockdown (surprise!) when I was trying to find something nice for my team to do virtually. I booked my own delivery personally beforehand to road test it (as I didn't want my team having a rubbish experience with our limited budget!), and I LOVED IT! We got the Nduja pizza kit and it was brilliantly packaged (we're still reusing all the tubs, thank you!) and the instructions couldn't have been simpler. The tomato sauce is outrageous, a total flavour bomb, we kept it (there was a bit too much in the pot) and reused it on spaghetti. I then had my team event, and the couriers didn't deliver my pizza (my team all got theirs and loved it, it was so much fun comparing pictures of their efforts!). I contacted customer services and they couldn't have been better (real person reply, empathetic, personalised, and most importantly, sorted it!). I then decided to do another pizza party for my team, as the last one was so fun. I noticed a section for corporate bookings, and contacted them, and they have gone above and beyond for us, even when I was a total pain and asked for them to do things a little differently for us to fit our expenses policy (splitting invoices, etc.). And, in between my four orders (two work, two personal), when I haven't had the funds spare to place an order, I've probably used their free online recipe more than ten times - Frying Pan Pizza has definitely become a big family favourite, we've got very creative with toppings! But the real deal tastes better and, now I can't wait for my next work trip to London to go to one of their dine in places. Highly recommend, couldn't sing their praises highly enough.

Really easy to use process, and great quality product (it is almost as good as in the restaurant and very reasonably priced).

My only slight niggle was while the contents of the pack itself seems to try and reduce but was not recyclable the overall pack was sent wrapped in loads of almost housing insulation like material which didn't feel very environmentally friendly, it may be there was no other way to do it at scale, but did stand out as the only very slight concern beyond a generally really brilliant product

Rude, lazy and unprofessional staff in Dean Street branch. Really horrible experience.
We always had good experiences in Shoreditch branch but won’t come back in Dean Street.

What a great company and excellent service!
As part of a work social and with lockdown easing I wanted to do something for the team that was a little bit different. Few searches online and came across these awesome guys! What a treat!
Watched their vids and read about their journey to their idea of sending out pizza kits for people to enjoy their pizzas from the comfort of their home and try and recreate that authentic Pizza Pilgrims taste they know and love. This was a challenge. (I have been lucky enough to try their pizzas when I lived in London, I now live in Sheffield).
How would this work? One consultant based in Bristol asked? Easy, they send you out the kit in the post. You make it at home and voila, authentic pizza created by your very own hands!
All I can say is this - the social was an absolute hit! Everyone loved the pizzas and were able to get their partners and kids involved in making them. Super easy (which again was a pleasant surprise) but the the biggest wow factor was the taste! It really was restaurant quality. Who'd have thought?!
The team behind Pizza Pilgrims were super supportive in my mission to supply pizza to about 30 plus colleagues. All pizza kits arrived as planned with the freshest ingredients. I cannot fault your service! Seamless engagement, thanks so much! I know for sure we have a few converts who are looking forward to ordering from you direct :) Without a doubt - worth those 5 stars!

Had a great time at pizza pilgrims, our first indoor restaurant visit since covid restrictions were lifted. Felt very safe, the lovely Emily was a fabulous waitress. Will definitely be coming back! Some of the best pizza in the UK.

The team really enjoyed it, had a really fun hour and definitely made the most of bombarding Alessandro with questions!
They thought the pizzas were fantastic, ‘the best they’d ever had’ was a comment from one person, and some people even managed to eat both by themselves so they must have enjoyed them!!

Stopped for a lunch at Pizza Pilgrims on Saturday afternoon and had a great overall experience. The line formed long in front of the restaurant and we weren’t sure if we wanted to wait, but the host was welcoming and seated us fast. He was great! Tyler was our server and she was very polite and friendly. She took our order pretty quick and we didn’t have to wait for her to come outside, as she was always circulating around. We also didn’t wait long for food and we had a nice time. We will definitely come back when in Soho!

Queue for a table was a little long but the food was fantastic and totally worth the wait. Was a little hesitant about the pepperoni and honey pizza but it was surprisingly good. Staff were very friendly, especially Louise! Would highly recommend to anyone near Kingley Court.

We ordered a large amount of kits to be delivered to some 80 addresses around the country for a work celebration. Service was seamless from start to finish, and having a live online cookalong chef was the finishing touch and very much enjoyed by all. Remote online pizza party? No problem! Pizza was absolutely delicious too with clearly quality ingredients. Thanks to all at team PP.

I Received a pizza as a gift and was not disappointed.it really was the best pizza I’d eaten it was absolutely delicious and great fun to make. I will definitely order another myself and would highly recommend them.

We ordered a pizza just before 8.30pm on Deliveroo. After receiving numerous updates the pizza was cancelled without warning at 10pm. We decided to make cheese on toast instead but bitterly disappointed, especially as we were continually updated on arrival times until the pizza was summarily cancelled. Will not attempt ordering again

Ordered 10 pizzas for team social and all were delivered on time and the packaging is brilliant. It was a great team activity over Zoom and the pizzas were super yummy! Great fun and great product! thank you
