Great service, quick delivery and great customer service

Delivery took way longer then expected.... Pizza United just gave me delivery information and basically said call them yourself. Then a date was arranged and I stayed at home all morning waiting it never arrived till the next day.

Having read very positive reviews of the Optima Pizza Express Napoli pizza maker and the supplier, pizzaunited.co.uk, I went ahead and ordered it and I am so glad that I did. It is available in red and also a very smart looking grey model which I chose. I have had time to try it out and I can now make great tasting pizzas (and more) at home whenever I fancy one which is very often in my case! It comes with a user manual and you can also watch a pizza express.co.uk demonstration video on YouTube which is really helpful. Delivery is fast and after sales service is excellent and readily available. Honest opinion… I can highly recommend this pizza maker and pizzaunited.co.uk.

That is awesome. I was sending email with question about delivery how when I can expected oven roughly, after few minutes one of the member just give me a call! That service is really great, oven arrived even day before I was expecting. So happy

I cannot fault the delivery time for this product, and was very impressed when I first opened the packaging. My only comments would be that it is very confusing when the instructions say to heat up the machine for at least 10 minutes but also the light must be on to cook a pizza properly. After 10 minutes the light goes out, and it is difficult to see in the lighting from the kitchen. The instructions then tell you to open the lid until the light comes back on! OK, did all that, but the first pizza I cooked was burnt on the bottom, but it tasted good. I am concerned that there is no better way to tell if the machine is ready with either a two light system or an on/off switch. It relies heavily on the operator being really savvy and to stand away from the heat and wear oven gloves at all times. So sorry can't give it 5 stars, needs some rethinking.

Brilliant little oven. Really convenient and makes great pizza! I've got friends who have the more expensive wood chip ones and they are nowhere near as convenient, and the pizza is just as good from this! Highly recommend!!!!!

I don't often write reviews but I felt compelled due to this purchase having been such a pleasant experience.

I bought an Effeuno oven and I sent the seller some questions while doing the research. The responses were prompt, to the point and thoughtful. It helped me greatly to make the right buying choice.

Ordering was without trouble, times respected, the oven is amazing.

If anything a minor issue is that the pallet delivery company does not provide automatic updates, only via phone, so if you are unaware of that, it may look like something may be wrong with your delivery even if it isn't.

However, I contacted the seller and I was told to call the courier for updates and both where prompt and helpful.

So long as you know you have to call for updates on the delivery, it's a great shop to buy from and although I only used the oven once so far, I can certainly vouch for how well it worked.

A note regarding the oven itself and not the shop, is that the manual seems to be a bit confusing.

Searching the web for information, I gather different people have widely different manuals. The english translation on mine (and some others I saw online) is terrible, so a bit of Italian goes a long way.

I felt my manual lacked information about preparing the oven for first use. Most ovens would require you to run it for some time to burn residues and because this oven is so hot, it may have to be done in stages. Apparently other people's manuals say so. A bit of web search helps with this.

Also, heating up the biscotto for the first time requires some consideration. Instructions vary wildly on the internet but my manual said nothing about it.

So I do recommend some web research on how to get started with it and not relying solely on the manual. That said, it was nothing extraordinary and the results are amazing.

A feel 1st rate experience, great communication as well as a personal message written on the box which was a nice touch.

The product itself is easy to use and literally made the best pizza I've ever tasted on my first attempt.

Customer service excellent. Probably the cheapest best electric oven around .the secret is a good dough recipe. Check out YouTube. Little tip put your pizza in the oven with just the tomato for 2/3 minutes then remove and add the toppings and cook for another 2/3 minutes, this gives a little colour to the crust without over cooking the topping.
