On time, great service

Great pizzas, quick and easy to make

Excellent product, arrived very quickly. Makes a lovely pizza. I have only had it for 4 weeks. I hope it lasts a long time.

I am so happy to have been suggested asking pizza united for help. My effeuno lamp had broken and I couldn't locate one from a regular Google search.
Pizza United were quick with their response to every email (in the evening!!) and I know that it was their priority first thing in the morning as they were able to reply they had my item as soon as I emailed back. Fantastic. Am definitely planning to use them for other things when needed. Thankyou so much.

So I saw that they were selling a oven for £659 sale price from a RRP £669 back on the 22nd October, no problem there but come Black Friday the RRP has risen to £719 and a sale price of £699 + a Black Friday code for £20 off. A clear attempt to mislead people in thinking this is a great deal. When challenged on Instagram I found 2 of my posts deleted. Seems like another attempt to mislead.

I like to add at this point (post pizza united responds) that I am not a customer as a few weeks ago when I found the price stated from October I was in the market for a pizza oven but wanted to wait to see if any deal would come to light in Black Friday/New Year. I have not been rude nor have I been offensive and have screenshots to prove. For pizza united to mention brexit on hiking the price from 5 weeks ago seems a poor and dishonest excuse.

Update: the price has returned to £659. So it really seems the reasoning for the price fluctuations around the Black Friday was dishonest and misleading.

I would again like to point out that I am not a customer, I was in the market for a pizza oven and this is what I have experienced. I pointed out the price difference between the dates above on Instagram and pizza united deleted my 2 comments. I have never been rude nor have I been offensive to pizza united but have been accused of being so. I do find it incredible that pizza united continue to try to belittle a review and justify their behaviour. I have no gain from my review, I am merely showing my experience for would be customers to be informed. I feel that pizza united have been misleading with pricing and also in the way they have chosen to reply to my review.

Great service. I needed the product fast and so used the pickup option. The product was available quickly at a convenient location with a lovely note.

A great product and brilliant company to interact with. They answered all my questions very quickly and were helpful. The pizza oven itself is very stylish and makes amazing pizzas! I really recommend Pizza United.

Great product, loving using it every week. Set the dial to 2.5 and leave it for 2 mins with the lid open to balance the temperatures top and bottom. Google “poolish pizza dough” to find the best recipes.

Arrived in perfect condition, I couldn't wait to get it out of the box. I've already cooked pizza and bread in it, so pleased with it.

Easy to order,good delivery and un-damaged, Tracking could be better, Delivery cost was a bit high at £60 to wales

I ordered the Optima Pizza Express Napoli oven. I love authentic pizza but have always been put off by the price of other brands. This was £169, at least £100 cheaper than the likes of an Ooni one.
It’s so so good. First week of having it had pizza four nights! I found putting dough with the sauce in for 2m30s then taking it out and adding toppings, then back in for another 2m30s made perfect pizzas!
Couldn’t recommend it enough. Constantly telling my mates to get on it and get one. So so good!

The wrong pizza oven was delivered the following day they came to collect it but they did not mention that they was coming.
Eventually it was delivered on Friday at nearly 6.00pm 3 days hanging around waiting for a pizza oven. The delivery part of it was atrocious the pizza oven is great and the people at pizza united did try there best.

I’m very happy with the electric pizza oven I bought from Pizza United, it is absolutely a first class product in line with their catalogue. Good buying experience and despite initially I rated it with 4* instead of 5 because of the tracking service your attention and justification worth it the maximum score!

Smashed out 3 pizzas now at all significantly higher quality than my fan over. I'm struggling a little with getting top heat and bottom heat right with the heat resistor kicking in, but I'm sure it'll come with practise!

recently I ordered a pizza from the shop, so far so good, but It used to be better.

Excellent service, amazing product. Great communication from purchase to delivery. Product delivered ahead of anticipated time and has exceeded my expectations on all levels. Home made pizza’s now superior to any delivery service in our area. This oven will pay for itself within the year.
