We’ve honestly had such a great experience with our financial advisor, Joe. She’s been amazing from the start—always quick to reply and happy to answer any questions we had!
She’s been super proactive and has chased everything up for us without us even needing to ask, which has taken so much stress off our shoulders.
Couldn’t recommend her enough and will definitely be using again!

Even though this isn't my first mortgage and I've always done it myself, using Planet Finance was the best decision. The process was incredibly easy, straightforward, and swift. This is the second time we've used Planet Finance, firstly to buy our first home and this time for our remortgage. Jo and the team have been fantastic, keeping us regularly updated and answering any and all queries regardless of how trivial - they couldn't do enough to help! Wow, Planer Finance are absolutely amazing! I have used other companies before but the service hasn’t been anywhere close to Planet. They answer calls, texts and emails! They deal with any problems you may have with paperwork! They will change the product at anytime through the process if needed…which I did twice. Liv and Jo are experts in their field.
They were so friendly and polite throughout the process and got me the best possible rate that was available on the market. They explained everything so clearly to me and helped me through each part. I would particularly recommend them if you are self employed like myself as some mortgage advisors can be funny about this unlike Jo and Liv who were so supportive. If I ever needed another mortgage I would only ever use this company. I would rate the service I received 10/10.

We received a quote from someone for second charge which seemed very high. I messaged planet finance to check what they could do. They agreed it seemed too high!!
Took three/four weeks from initial message to completion. Only delay was the valuation. Which was not planet finance’s fault. They went above and beyond for us and we are now saving £400+ a month. They work so hard to find the best deal and on your side for any query or dispute you may have. Cannot recommend anyone else to look after our finances. ;) great job and thank you so much Jo and team!
