I took my grandson to the inflata planet at Mountbatten school Romsey last week.
He really enjoyed it , but like other reviews have said I didn’t like the fact there was big kids ( teenagers) and adult man jumping round with much younger kids with no regard for them .
This unnerved me as I thought it was as accident waiting to happen.
Perhaps have a height restriction, and ban adult man ?? This is meant to be a kids activity !!

Today, I visited Planet Bouncing with my 9-year-old daughter. When I arrived, I was surprised to find that the staff member at the front desk told me that I had to book online, even though there was a payment card reader right in front of me. I was given a QR code and asked to book online. The same thing happened to the customer behind me, an elderly man with his grandchildren. I approached the staff member again and asked if I could pay using my mobile phone because I was having trouble accessing my credit card on my phone. I was told that they couldn't accept payments that way. Eventually, I was able to figure out how to make the payment and complete the purchase. I asked to speak to the manager, and the staff member told me that he was the manager. I politely explained that it was unacceptable to cause so much confusion and frustration when the payment stations were clearly capable of accepting payments. Furthermore, I was told that the manager had the right to decide how to accept payments and that I had to comply if I wanted to enter the premises. When I asked why, he said that it was to ensure that we accepted the terms and conditions. I suggested that they use paper or a tablet to allow customers to accept the terms and conditions, but he refused. I told him that his attitude was the quickest way to send customers away. It's worth noting that the customer behind me was also struggling, in his case because he couldn't read the text on his phone. This was a very unpleasant experience, and my daughter was getting stressed out by the situation.

My children love it here, they can burn off all the pent up energy, meet new friends and have a blast.

The staff have always been on hand if needed and polite, and chatty you can see most members of staff like their job and it shows, which is really nice has it creates a good atmosphere.

my son is 6 and the only issue I have is when grown men/women are on the inflatables they run and jump on the one In-between the ball pit and the large slide and send kids flying my son hurt his arm, I am not saying adults can't have fun but be more respectful to our little ones!!!!
Unless planet bounce can have certain bounce sessions just for kids no adults?
But overall a brilliant place 👏

Brilliant brilliant brilliant- I love coming here with my Two babies.
We come for planet tots in the week and my Two year old has so much fun bouncing around, making new friends.
My 1 year old just likes to crawl around or being bounced about by everyone else.
The drinks are over-priced!! Definetly worth a visit.
