We bought our BMW from John recently and we received an excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. We have had a few minor issues as you do when you buy a second hand car, which have been sorted promptly. I would highly recommend this garage as the service you receive is first class. We shall definitely be returning when we decide to change the car in a few years.

Recently picked up an immaculate 1 series on a 2016 plate from the guys at platinum the car is exactly what I was looking for possibly even better !! the service from the gang was incredible even showed me around the lot an inside some of there wicked collection !! Efficient very good

Bought my BMW 120D Msport from here 2 weeks ago, was a great experience in a time where the car market is crap and a minefield to find a gem!

First of all i believe we dealt with Morgan, he was great, had the car warmed up for me ready for the appointment. He moved about 10 cars to get the car out so i could test drive it.

Also met and dealt with John who was superb, he instanly knew i was a petrol head (even though buying a 120D) and i could tell from the inventory he had and the condition of the cars that he could be trusted and we clicked instantly. A very confident and talkative guy but a kind gent who showed a genuine interest in me and why i wanted the car even when he was in a rush (apologies to your wife!)

Im always always wary of buying a new car, its the best and most stressful time ever but these guys made it very smooth for me.

They were absolutely brilliant with my mum aswell - as expected everywhere but you'd be surprised how many 'bigger' garages over look this. They offered her tea and coffee, let her use the toilet, just real people with a real urge to help.

They cleaned the car for me before collecting, even removed the RS3 ini bro type wind deflectors off for me before i picked it up!

They even helped me put my new personalised plate on a week later, little things but go a long way to make a stressful process as easy as possible.

Would recommend and im absolutely in love with the BMW, its turning heads every day!!!

We have been extremely happy with our recent purchase from Platinum. They have a great selection of very well presented prestige cars and offer absolutely fantastic, good old fashioned, customer service which is quite unique nowadays.
Every staff member I had contact with were brilliant but a special shout out has to go to John the owner who was willing to open up specially on his day off to complete the handover process.
I would have 100% confidence in recommending this company to anyone looking for their next quality car.

Friendly. Really accommodating. Vehicle really well prepared.

Put a message though around 10pm on Thursday night , John called me at 8am with news the car was still available / a stunning example of a Jaguar xf - just why I had been looking for and still better than I wanted ..
John arranged finance and it was sorted that day , I picked the car up on the Saturday and John insisted it had 2 new tyres and a full clean even tho it was already spotless ,
I can’t fault this garage at all and will go here first for any car I want to buy in the future / we have 2 kids learning to drive next year so will be going here for thier first cars !

Went over to look at an evoque the wife wanted to get, brilliant service from start to finish, was told car was going be done on the wednesday but said saturday will be better as work through the week,picked it up on the saturday and was quick and efficent, had an issue with the wheel bearing dropped it off without any notice and morgsy said leave it with me be done asap supplied courtesy car aswell!! Highly recommend
