Don't use this service. After I deposited $50 to buy a lottery ticket, my account was blocked. When I called customer support, they told me they couldn't unblock my account and wouldn't refund my money.

I went to this site just to buy lotto max as loto spot isnt selling right now so I was directed by that app to use playalberta. Without knowing i was charged a extra 5 dollars on my mastercard per ticket. What a scam play alberta has going . Pretty pathetic for you to charge these fees.

Stay away people. There games are not fair. Played on here back in 2023 and quit. Decided to give them another try in 2026 and they have gotten worse instead of better. I have recorded some of my games and you can clearly see the game glitching when I start winning. The little think circle starts and than no more winning. I didn't listen to the reviews but don't make my mistake. You have a better chance of winning on a scratch ticket.

I am playing Buffalo Gold and Buffalo Gold Revolution and I repeatedly get kicked out of my game. They actually take the wager away from my real money account and I don't get a spin. They have gotten absolutely terrible, and steal my money. This has been happening for the past few days.

To use Playalberta you're required to upload personal identifiable information like your financial statements or birth certificates - um no thank you. I have no confidence that my information can't be accessed. It states on their site someone will review the information. That is the last thing I want is for some stranger to have access to my information that they can copy or share.

They (the Alberta government) claims to monitor their website. Maybe they do but it only to be sure people don't win a thing. They also state Alberta only but some games say making winners across Canada. RTP IS grossly low, wager limits are painfully high. AND they constantly use luring bonuses etc. to get people to play. That's not in line with caring and "responsible gambling " there are better and more honest sites out there.

Buyer beware, the worst customer service and WD's are like pulling teeth. They send out emails with bonus but most of the time they do not work. Contact customer service and they tell you to make the purchase and they will fix it. Nothing gets fixed and your lottery purchase goes thru. avoid at all costs.

Play alberta needs to fix the issues with their machines. I find as soon as the game starts paying well your kicked out due to error or lost server and a lot of the time when you get back in the machine is no longer paying as well. Also I am playing spirit of Mustang west express and the hold and spin bonus just quit working. I got to where a couple more spins would have given me the bonus and then it just stopped working. Been playing a lot and not getting the bar to move at all although the rules say get bonus pics in rows 2 and 3 moves it and I have hit that close to a hundred or more times and hasn't moved it also it's more than just the 1 day and I have reported that one and more. company seriously needs to have its licenses pulled and it needs to stop being advertised. There’s probabilities and then there’s rigged and this is clearly rigged. I downloaded this app today I will be deleting it when I receive my funds back. did pretty good at first…then later that evening made a deposit then it sat on pending for 5 hours and still pending! Highly recommend not wasting your time.

4 different times I've logged into my play alberta account and somehow someone else's account showed up. A different name and a different balance that wasn't mine but my login credentials. I spun that persons account balance so fast before it logged me out.

Play Alberta is legit and regulated, so payouts do work if you ever get the chance to withdraw. However, in my experience, winning is extremely rare. It feels like 1 small win for every 10 losses, and most of the time any winnings are immediately taken back.
