Really great service …
Richard was very helpful and came out on a Sunday morning to check mums house and get her gas put back on. He explained everything that he had done at mums property. We would definitely use Richard again if we needed to and would highly recommend him to others.

Richard gave a quote and planned to attend the following day to replace our isolation valves on the kitchen taps. He communicated with us really well, turned up on time, did a good job and charged within the quote. Highly recommend the services of this plumber!

Where is the honest?
Richard do the job what was asked to cut off radiator. It was quik and good. But him not check all situation for all pipes. It was the one way system so was made a block off but not a elbow. So after what the all radiators upstairs was turn off but still heating. Ask to come back and check whats happed he said need to pay again 119£ . It is not honest at all.

Firstly we’d like to clarify some facts.
On a weekday (Friday) we were booked by (Sandra) to remove and cap a radiator, this is the job which you had booked us to complete.
The weekday hourly rate charge was approximately £79.00 excluding materials required, as you were aware & also as you’ve stated the job was “quick & good”.
As part of this process to remove a radiator and cap a pipe, the system is drained & refilled with air being removed from radiators to ensure subsequently they heat up correctly when heating is required.
What you are suggesting is incorrect in terms of what is the right process to capping a radiator or how to do pipework when capping a radiator.
PlumbGas365 completed the work to which you had booked us in for quickly & to a good standard.
Baring in mind, the job was completed on Friday, with customary questions asked regarding customer satisfaction, which (Sandra) confirmed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ satisfaction, we are surprised that you have since opted for a ⭐️⭐️ review.
The following day after the work had been completed to remove and cap the radiator , you (husband) called to discuss the issues you were experiencing.
We advised you during that call that the problem you had wasn’t connected to the work carried out, we also informed you that we’d be happy to return to assess what was happening, to the extend that we stated the return visit was FREE unless we could verify the issue wasn’t connected to the work carried out the day before.
We are unable to take responsibility for every aspect of your heating system, radiator valves.
