I've just had a new boiler fitted in my shop in Oakham by Richard at plumbgas365 he came the next day after my initial call and really saved the day. Top installation / Top bloke thank you Richard.

Richard turned up early the next day, as promised. Made a point of reassuring us with his ID and registration.
Having had an extension recently we have encountered a number of workmen. Richard stands out from the crowd in his professional demeanor and his can-do attitude. Contacted the GasSafe register during his visit and shared the conversation.

When water started pouring into the kitchen (and then the hallway) at mains pressure we had a drama! After managing to get the water supply to the property shut off in the street, we started looking around for help. I spoke to 3 possible plumbers. Richard got the job because he was extremely fast to respond (not the fastest... when I spoke to the fastest I didn't get the impression they could deliver what they were promising) calm, reassuring and had a can-do attitude. He listened carefully to what the problem was, asking salient questions so that when he arrived he hit the ground running. He asked for photos of the problem, stayed in touch before arriving and sourced the necessary parts en route to us.

Richard arrived at the time he said he would come and completed the job promptly. He made plumbing look easy but I know that if we’d tried to fix the problem ourselves it would have been anything but easy! He inspired confidence. We were so pleased that we asked if he had time to do another little job while he was with us.

We found Richard to be a true gentleman. He is determined to make every success of his business and has an outstanding work ethic and customer service ethos. I don't need to say that we 'would' definitely call on him again; we were so confident in him and his work that we booked him to come back and service our gas boiler and I look forward to seeing him later this week.

Richard arrived this morning at the specified time. He did a professional job in servicing the boiler, taking care to be neat & tidy. Richard is a very personable young man, polite & friendly with a genuine work ethic. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

My boiler stop working and I called every company in Lincoln. Nobody would come except Richard, came and fix the boiler and actually did not take that long! I would definitely call again because every single plumber in Lincoln I find are absolutely unreliable and tried to charge you for things that are not needed. Im glad that I found this company.

Had to make an OOH call out for my tenant in Lincoln and was struggling to find an emergency plumber. When I tried PlumbGas I got straight through to Richard who was at the property within the hour. My tenant said he was very friendly which I can also confirm for our phone conversation. Will definitely be using them again.

Bit of confusion over time of arrival, but that was quickly sorted, the fault identified , and pipes capped.

I needed a gas hob and sink disconnected ready for work in the kitchen. Rich was very flexible as I needed to move the date to fit around other trades people. Rich turned up on time did all work required, and advised on other work I may need in future. I would certainly use Rich again.

Outstanding company with amazing customer service. Richard was polite and friendly on the phone when discussing the job I needed completing, this then continued through to his arrival. Woke up to burst radiator in bathroom found plumbgas365 on my builder and gave them a call.
Richard said he could be there in half an hour and was!!
Leak sorted and bathroom dried out in no time.
Arranged for him to come back on Friday to replace the radiator and he did.
Once again he was very helpful and efficient.
Would recommend him to anyone that needs any plumbing work doing!!!!!
